Best Work ... Period
I own four or five of these shirts and I love them. They're pretty easy to get ironed, and they always look very crisp and professional. Also, I am 5'11" and Gap button up shirts' sleeves are not long enough. Buying tall sizes don't typically work for me either with shirts because the body of the ... then gets too big. These shirts solve that issue for me, the body fits perfect and the sleeves are just the right length. As reference I am wearing a size 14 in these at the moment and I am 195lbs with a 38B size chest.

This is THE Best Dress Shirt....(buy one size up, though!)
I've been wearing these Sateen Non Iron shirts for about five years. It is my go to work ... why: 1. You can literally iron it in one minute (yes, even "Non Iron" shirts still need a quick pass with an iron. Use the steam setting to get the kinks out quickly). 2. They look much more expensive than what you pay, especially when you buy them on sale. 3. They are dressy enough to stand on their own. Pair with a skirt or pants then jet out the door. 4. They wear well. I'm too cheap to dry clean my clothes. I wash these in cold water using Downy and line dry them. The color keeps well. My older ones look as good as the day I bought them. In other words, these are a good investment. One last thing, buy one size up for a comfortable fit. I'm a 0/XS in Banana Republic clothes, but buy these in a size 2. It looks more flattering a size up and will allow you to tuck in the tail, which is short on this dress ...

Great ... order a size up
I am an in senior management and like to wear button down shirts at work for their practicality and professional look. After reading all the reviews about the shirts being too tight across the chest (even for small busted women like myself), I ordered a size up to 2. Size 2 is comfortable and fits great. There is nothing worse than a button down ... gaping open in the front when you are at work! BananaRepublic has received many criticisms about the inconsistencies in their products' sizes. I hope their corporate office is paying attention and have plans to better communicate to their customers.

Classic
This ... awesome, I love that I don't have to iron it!!! This style's cut is different than last year, so order a size up (i.e., I'm a size 4 and got a 6 for a proper bust fit). The material is a little different than last year's fitted ... well, I believe BR switched manufacturing companies, which is a bummer. The ... not as fitted, but it washes nice and does work well under suit jackets, sweater vest, or alone. Wearing after work, I roll up the sleeves to make it a bit more casual and wear it un tucked. Like the ... material so much, I got it in the light pink, purple and white. You can't go wrong with a ... can be washed and worn without ironing:)

Good Work Blouse
I ordered this blouse in 3 colors, black, yellow and pink for work. I was happy I went up to a size 8 because I think these button downs run small. Look nice tucked into work pants.

Average but nice workshirt
I can't see myself wearing this outside of work but for work it is excellent! Quality of the ... fabulous as you expect from BR.

Changed stye does not flatter small chested women
These have been my go to dress shirts for years, but I guess not any more. Something in the styling changed and now they won't work for me. I have wide shoulders and no bust. Though I am a 4 in most shirts (and a 2 in sleeveless), I had to size up to a 6 to fit my shoulders, and even then it is snug. But, that left the bust area very loose, though the waist fits well. Basically, I look fine from the back and bad from the front. I'll keep it for wear under a suit jacket, but won't buy more.

The no iron shirts are tailored but true to size
I love these shirts once you work out your size. There isn't the vanity sizing like some of the other cuts. It is a fitted ... love that it is no iron. My only gripe is I wish the ... would stay a little crisper like an ironed - pressed ... but it's not a deal breaker. Love them with jeans or for work. They are super versatile and great to travel with if you have access to dryer (not the case around the world).

Great ... just not for me...
High quality ... but not for me. I like a look that is work appropriate and feminine. This ... didn't strike me as very womanly (while on) nor was the material comfortable - it was very "itchy." I wear a size 0P and a 32C bra...far too tight in chest for work. Otherwise, great shirt...for someone else.

Pretty color, but that''s about it
The beautiful blue color (inaccurately portrayed online as a dark periwinkle blue--it is darker in person) attracted me to this ... seemed to fit well when I tried it on (at 5'6", 130 lb, I went with size 6), but after wearing it at the office for a day, I am disappointed. As other reviewers mentioned, it is too tight in the bust (34B), the sleeves are too short, and it could use darts in the front to provide a more fitted look. The quality is questionable too, with lots of loose threads hanging out at the seams. I wish BR would bring back the non wrinkle shirts with darts and french cuffs from a few years ago--mine are worn out and in need of replacement. Until then, it looks like I'll have to go to another retailer for basic button up work shirts.

bad buy
This ... too tight in the chest and shoulder area. I hate the fit. This is the second round of work shirts that I bouught from BR with the same problem. I bought some about a year ago and thought things had improved. The colour and non iron description caught my eye but I was sorely dissappointed. I have had it with BR for work shirts!
