BR hit the jackpot with these!I can't get enough of these tanks. Not only are they fitted enough for my small frame but I love the fact that the material is more substantial than many of the other tanks on the market. Even on a thin frame, who wants to see tiny bulges through a thin wispy ... smooths the upper body beautifully and provides a fab silhouette under just about everything or on it's own. My only suggestion would be to provide a bit more elastic or spandex on the bottom of the ... keep it from sliding around. Other than that, I'm praying these don't get discontinued like the wonderful Classic Dark Skinny Jeans from last season.
Fits like a glove!If you are looking for a ... versatile and fits like a glove, this is the ... originally purchased a small but had to return the several tops to an actual B.R. location which worked out to my benefit because some stores had a few more colors than what was offered online. Just to give some sort of reference, Im 5'2, a 34 C, weigh 114 and I needed an XS, but don't be taken aback by my measurements and all others being offered. This ... relatively fits and flatters all sizes and shapes. I find this ... ideal for layering, perfect for all seasons in that regard. It is versatile in the sense that it can be worn for almost all occasions: casual, work and active. Bottom line--purchase it because it fits like a glove....

I love that the straps hit right where my bra straps do, so I'm rarely messing with them. I also use them for layering under all kinds of things. The length is perfect and they don't ride up a lot, which can be a problem for me because I have a small waist. I do wish that the white ones were a little less sheer, but otherwise they are fantastic!

cotton ... top I was hoping this was the PIMA cotton ... had bought in 4 colors previously, but was disappointed. Where did that PIMA ... go?? the PIMA ... could be worn alone on a casual work day with a nice skirt. this ... should not be worn alone.

Not only are they fitted enough for my small frame but I love the fact that the material is more substantial than many of the other tanks on the market. Even on a thin frame, who wants to see tiny bulges through a thin wispy ... smooths the upper body beautifully and provides a fab silhouette under just about everything or on it's own. My only suggestion would be to provide a bit more elastic or spandex on the bottom of the ... keep it from sliding around. Other than that, I'm praying these don't get discontinued like the wonderful Classic Dark Skinny Jeans from last season.

DisappointedI purchased several ... tops from BR last summer, and love them. So, I was hoping I would feel the same way about these ... tops. Unfortunately I did not like the material or fit nearly as well. I love the colors, so I wish they fit better...too tight in the waist and they were not long enough. I like to layer my clothes and no one would even be able to see the ... underneath. It was too big in the chest area and too small in the waist.

BR hit the jackpot with these!I can't get enough of these tanks. Not only are they fitted enough for my small frame but I love the fact that the material is more substantial than many of the other tanks on the market. Even on a thin frame, who wants to see tiny bulges through a thin wispy ... smooths the upper body beautifully and provides a fab silhouette under just about everything or on it's own. My only suggestion would be to provide a bit more elastic or spandex on the bottom of the ... keep it from sliding around. Other than that, I'm praying these don't get discontinued like the wonderful Classic Dark Skinny Jeans from last season.
Fits like a glove!If you are looking for a ... versatile and fits like a glove, this is the ... originally purchased a small but had to return the several tops to an actual B.R. location which worked out to my benefit because some stores had a few more colors than what was offered online. Just to give some sort of reference, Im 5'2, a 34 C, weigh 114 and I needed an XS, but don't be taken aback by my measurements and all others being offered. This ... relatively fits and flatters all sizes and shapes. I find this ... ideal for layering, perfect for all seasons in that regard. It is versatile in the sense that it can be worn for almost all occasions: casual, work and active. Bottom line--purchase it because it fits like a glove....
the perfect ... I have six or seven of these tanks and wear them everywhere during the summer. They are perfectly rendered. The scoop: not too low, not too high. This is a very "womanly" ... flatters your bust without it being shoved into a man ... reveals the team in unwelcome sun or stares. I have worn it under a linen suit jacket and thrown it over a gym ... versatile!

Perfect as alwaysI love the way ... tops from Banana Republic fit. I now have 4 of them in this style and they are great for all occasions. I can dress them up for work, wear them on their own for weekends, and pair them with nice jeans for an in between look.The material is good quality and they look good even after years of washing and wearing. I have a smaller to average chest (34 B) and these ... tops always make me feel good, and my husband loves the way they look on me (he thinks they make my chest look good). Great buy, especially when they are on sale.
Great layering ... I normally buy a small at BR, but in this ... need a medium to not feel like I'm suffocating. That's my only complaint though - otherwise, these tanks are great! I wear them for layering under work and casual shirts. I like to have a little bit of my layering ... show below my ... shirt, and the length of these tanks is perfect for that. So far, I have this ... white, green, and blue and will probably pick up a few more!
Great ... top! This is a really great ... top. Size wise it is perfect for me, not sure how it will fit others though. I am a 32dd/34d and this ... top is perfect. It is a ... top that flatters without looking frumpy (which many can) or trashy (which most do). I am someone who buys many of an item when it looks great and I own 4 of these ... tops in various colors. Enough said.
Perfect ... I LOVE BR's ... tops. I've been using them for workout gear a lot lately, so my most recent purchase was two black ... tops. I love that the straps hit right where my bra straps do, so I'm rarely messing with them. I also use them for layering under all kinds of things. The length is perfect and they don't ride up a lot, which can be a problem for me because I have a small waist. I do wish that the white ones were a little less sheer, but otherwise they are fantastic!
Thicker MaterialI love these tanks and have them in several colors, except for white. Whenever I try the white ... nude or white bra, you can completely see the bra through it. Banana Republic needs to line the white tank's ... half, or make the white ... thicker material than the other colored tanks. Exposing my bra to the rest of the world is the only thing keeping my from buying this ... color that I need the most.
