I was excited to finally find a great shirt that truly stays tucked in. I am not a ... person 5'8 but have a long torso and I have never tried ... sizes in tops but have always disliked the fact that my tops were always too short to tuck in. I love my new shirt and will continue to shop ... my tops. Thanks!

So happy to find these shirts!
I'm 5'10" ... 164 lbs, 36/38 B/C (in between sizes so I always have to try things on), and this top in ... worked very well for me. I'm loving the extra length that I can tuck in without worrying about it coming completely undone the first time I move, and sleeves that are long enough for my proportionately long arms. I'm usually between a 10 and a 12, and ordered a 12 in these, and its a good, slim fitting fit. That said, I cannot dry them, EVER... I have no extra room in this size, and if it shrinks the tiniest bit, I'll have the dreaded 'button gap' in the front and won't be able to wear it anymore! But I'm definitely keeping them, and will just be careful!

Great shirts, order up one size
These are great shirts - you just have to order up one size from your regular size. Normally I wear a 6 tall in Banana Republic's suit jackets and dresses, but I find all their button up shirts run smaller. I ordered an 8 tall in these in the white and light pink, and am thinking about ordering a couple more colors too. These are such a pretty fabric, more feminine than most button up shirts. These are also very good about not looking wrinkled, a big perk! I love that this company makes so many tall clothes, especially that are fashionable and account for smaller tall sizes! Banana Republic makes the best tall professional clothing I have found. If you are tall and find most tailored clothes "just don't look right" you have to try the tall clothing here. Love it!

The staple of my work wardrobe!
This truly is the absolute perfect work shirt. I don't know how I'd get by without it! It fits, it flatters, it looks great, and it resists wrinkles. I own SIX of these in different colors, and will continue to buy more. I love that this looks expensive, but doesn't require any of the special care that finer looking clothes often require. I can just throw this in the wash with my regular clothes, and I love that I can pull it out of the dryer and hang it up and it's ready to wear. You can wear an undershirt under these, and the lines won't show through because this fabric is a really nice weight, not tissue thin like some other dress shirts. I am 5'9" with a long torso and arms, and I get these in either a 2 ... 4 ... depending on whether I want the shirt to be quite fitted, or have a more relaxed fit. I am SO HAPPY to find a place that sells beautiful, quality shirts for ... not just ... but slim. My wrists are covered, and I can rest assured knowing that these will be long enough to cover my waistband, and even tuck in to more high waisted styles. My only criticism: when I button this shirt all the way up to the collar, I get some weird gapping between the top two buttons. A necktie covers this up more or less, but a bowtie does not. :(

perfect tall shirts
I have bought six of these tall shirts. I love them, I have got rid of all button up shirts in my closet except for BR shirts. I'm 5'10" tall, 148 lbs and long arms, with 36C bust. I ordered 10 tall and for me its a perfect fit. I do iron mine. I like to press seams in the sleeves. They dont shrink in the dryer. The sleeves are perfect length and the shirts length is very long. It stays tucked in my pants. I have never seen such a beautiful fitting tall shirt until I found these at Banana Republic.

Hallelujah
I've been online daily and even visited some BR stores for these shirts in the tall sizes. And finally, finally BR has brought them back. Unfortunately/fortunately only in the colors black and white. Hey Banana us tall gals like other colors to just like the regular and petite size girls. I'm just so happy I was able to find the tall size that I'm not even the least bit upset about the color issue. In fact I was so happy I ordered 3 white shirts and 2 black shirts. I am 5'10 with a very slim build and these shirts compliment me. I dress them up and down. So thank you Banana. I am just praying that I can get a few of these shirts in a couple of colors in the tall sizes.

Great Shirts, runs a bit small.
I am not very tall at 5'7 but have a long torso/avg inseam and these are among the few women's shirts I can tuck in. Love the fit in the shoulders and the sliight taper at the waist. They are just slightly long in the sleeves for me, which is better than too short. I gained a little weight over the winter so came back for the 16T in all colors. Similar to a 14 in most other tops, but more generous than some other BR shirts I recently purchased in 16T. CON: the sateen non iron shirts are a magnet for lint and fuzz -- washing and fabric softener is pretty much required. That's the only negative -- I would happily buy them in any new colors!

Decent Shirt
I purchased this shirt in black. It looks nice, but needs to be lint rolled constantly throughout the day it seems. I am 6'01, about 175lbs and usually wear a women's Large/Tall. I am a 36DD and usually have to do some pinning in the chest area of a button down shirt to not give a "peep show." However, I noticed that this shirt was a little more snug in the chest area than other button down shirts I own and required an extra pin. Overall, I think it looks professional once my extra pins are in place. The only way I would order another is if it were on sale.

Too tight in the chest
I am a Banana Republic sales associate, so not only I have seen countless ... try this shirt on over the last year or so, I decided to order one for myself in tall (I am 6ft tall and ~175, very pear shaped - normally in our tops I am a size 6 tall or S tall.) Beware: a majority of ... try this shirt on find it is too tight in the bust - ... do NOT usually have this problem. Because I was aware of the tight in-the bust issue, I bought this in a size 8 tall in the "black" and "blooming berry" - and yes, both did not fit me in the bust. Please note- I am NOT busty myself - I am barely a B cup! Going up the size to accomodate for the bust does result in a baggy fit around the waist. Otherwise, this garment in a "tall" size is well adjusted. And the fabric really is wonderful.

small shirt
I am ... (5'11") and weigh 148 lbs. I often buy from Banana and Gap because of the availability of ... sizes. This shirt was very nicely taylored through the waist, but the bust was very small. The top button pulled, not wearable. I have a small bust, so this rarely happens.

Make more colors available in ... sizes
PLEASE, PLEASE, make more colors available in ... My wardrobe is so boring in black and white. I'm tired of buiying ill fitting tops or buying a larger size and making alterations just to have some color.
