Small girl finds great ... The ... fits best for me because I am 5'4", 110 with a full butt and small waist. I can't find ... any other store that have a small enough waist with ample room in the butt and still look professional. I wear the 00, I find the petites to be too small in the crotch depth and too short. Petites in BR are for seriously small people, if your shorter than 5'4" the petites would be a good hem length for you. Most ... other stores are too low cut. This is why I love the ... they run smaller in thighs and waist but have ample room for a full butt and long crotch depth. I think they are most fitting for the petite curvy girl, If you have a small butt and straight lines try another style. Love Love Love the smaller ... its the only ... can find that is small enough for me, unfortunately most companies vanity size there ... then it leaves us smaller people swimming, keep the smaller ... BR.

BR, you will always have a loyal customer in me if you keep making these pants as they are. Please make them in as many colors as possible. These are a classic wardrobe staple. I am 25, 5'10, and wear a 12 Tall, and it is very difficult for me to find pants that fit great. These pants are remarkable. I would say that they fit very true to size because I wear a 12 in everything else. I just bought about 4 new pairs of these and they are amazing. I'm a healthcare professional and I wear trousers almost every day in the office, so I require several pairs. In addition, I wear them out to nice dinners, etc. Ladies, I have tried every brand out there... and finally the search is over for the perfect pants; these offer the style, quality, durability, flattering fit, and comfort that I need for work and play. These are true quality trouser dress pants. My legs are 35in inseam so I am going to get a couple of pairs hemmed so that I can sometimes wear flats; the others I will leave as is so that I can wear heels (it's nice to have the option!!) Banana Republic, I should note that I bought 1 pair of ... fit suit pants in 2007 with the exact same material makeup as the ones I just bought (tag says ... fit stretch, same size, and exact same materials as the ones I just bought) but the ones I just bought have a FAR superior cut and ... ones I bought in 2007. The ones I bought in 2007 had a narrow waistband and do not ... like the ones I just got. I love the wider waistband and ... ones I just got so much better!!! The ones I just got ... like the ... pants I used to buy back in the day (before and up until 2005ish) and fell in love with!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for going back to the best and listening to your customers!!!!!!!
awesome pants with slim ... i bought this pair of pants to go with the matching wool blazer. The ... really great, just like all other ... pants. The price is a bit high, but with a coupon or during BR promotion, it is actually a great deal considering the material - WOOL (less chance for wrinkles). If other BR ... pants work well for your body type, this pair of pants would also work, possibly even better. I recommend buying them in the same size as your other BR ...
Great ... but... Love these ... have in all colors, only they run smaller than your typical ... though I have noticed by other reviews that there is no longer a typical ... love that I don't dry clean them even though that's what the labelsays... wash, hang to dry and then you'll need an iron. A bit high maintenance, but worth it... just swallow your pride and buy up a size! :)
a little frumpy in lightweight fabrics?I love the ... heavier weight fabrics, but find it weirdly frumpy in lightweight suiting. I am 5'6", a little over 140lbs, and very curvy. I love all flannel models in the ... own several of them, and keep trying to find a lightweight model that will ... right without alteration. I generally wear size 8 in BR clothing, with an occasional 6. When I tried these ... 8, they were totally unwearable -- just hanging off the stomach and hips in weird pouches. The 6 was a better ... but still loose in the stomach and upper hips, weirdly taut across the privates, and then loose again from the thighs down?

Whatever happened to the ... checked the BR ... my closet to make sure i ordered the correct cut, i already have several pairs of ... cuts, most recently purchased around 8 months ago, and i have grown out of my size 12's so bought a larger size online. Warning: ... now high waisters!! Does anyone wear high waisters any more? So my stomach was "enhanced" and i looked nice and pregnant, except i am not pregnant! I couldn't fasten the buttons at the waist. I returned the ... nearby store and got Loden ... size 14, which are perfect and i have been wearing those comfortably to work. [...]
Very disappointing for a former ... lover I have 2 pairs of ... trousers that I bought for work a couple of years ago, and I love their cut, ... quality. Unfortunately, BR seems to have changed the cut and reduced the quality of these ... since then. The cut in the leg is terrible! Bring back the old BRI have loyally shopped at Banana Republic for at least 10 yrs and have noticed a serious flaw in their new lines. These ... cut to different specs than the original ... style too high waisted and too tight in leg and rear. I am only 5'8" and need a tall in ... here which seems odd to me. Most of the new styles seem like petite cuts. My pair of ... 5 or 6 yrs ago ... great still and are a size 2 but new style a 4 is very tight.
Unhappy with ... I am very unhappy with the ... Clearly they have changed how they size these ... These ... one size bigger than my previous order and are still too tight. I was wearing a size 6 ... still fits perfectly. Now an 8 is too tight. I returned them to the store.
I Miss the Old ... Like a couple of other reviewers noted, the "new" ... completely different than the ... have loyally purchased over the past 5+ years. The new ... comes up too high on the waist (the old ... always very comfortable just below my waist) and it's too tight now! I've always worn a 0, and now I feel like I have to suck in my stomach to avoid that awful muffin top effect. Overall, these are unflattering and uncomfortable. BR - you shouldn't have messed with the original...it was successful for a reason! Please bring it back!
I have 2 pair of size 4 ... 1 1/2 years ago that ... me great. ... style ... seem to be cut much different now. I had to go up to a size 10 in order to ... my thighs and then the waist was way to big. Instead I bought the Jackson ... online.

Great skinny ... just a couple of ideas to make them even better These ... great, and they have a straighter ... knees down through the calves which makes them slim but not suctioned to your body. They are very comfortable, and I'm speaking as one who often can't wear the ... due to their short rise. The one suggestion I have would be to make all the lengths a bit shorter on these. I always buy the tall ... because I'm 5'10" with a long torso, so I need the higher rise and usually need the longer leg length with heels. However, it is not necessary for skinny ... long as boot cuts or flares, so the 36" on the tall sizes is a little too long for most tall ladies, and I would guess the 33" would be a little long on average height ladies. In addition, it would be nice if the fabric were machine washable, especially since I already find myself wearing these all the time! Overall great ... though.
Trousers that ... "T"... for every occassion! I recently ordered a pair of ... black womens tall trousers... with the skinny leg and was tickled to find when putting them on how well they were made and how they skimmed my body! The fabric has a bit of stretch and a such a nice finish. I wear them casual with boots and flats and dress them up easily with heels . They are the most versatile pair of trousers in my closet!
Surprisingly love these ... I have a hard time finding skinny jeans, they are always too tight or awkward fitting, but I bought these as a skinny ... work, on a whim, after reading reviews. They are SO comfortable! The stretch is perfect, just enough so they are skinny, yet appropriate for work. The ... perfect, just like any other ... love. I am 5'4" and I usually get the 0R ... but for these I got the 0Short and that works well! I even roll them under a bit so it stops over my heels and doesn't bunch too much. Highly recommend this ...
Just as great as everyone saysThese ... just as great as the other reviewers say. They are a great skinny ... someone with a womanly figure-- i.e. if you've got hips but still want to wear something skinny once in a while! Because they are the ... bought my usual size in ... (10L) instead of my usual size in other BR skirts and ... (8L). I might possibly have gotten away with the 8s in this particular ... but the 10s ... fine, so I kept them. I did hem them up a bit, because the long sizes at Banana are actually long! I have a 34" inseam and hemmed these up about 1". They look really cute with booties or black heels, and are easily tucked into tall boots. I've worn them to work (with a longer sweater) and to parties (with a fitted blouse). Gotten compliments both times! Nice material-- stretchy but fairly thick. Overall, I'm really pleased with this buy.
Great Skinny ... I receive compliments on these ... all the time. The fabric used for these ... fantastic; it is stretchy enough to hug curves, but thick enough to be forgiving and conceal figure flaws ie. a fuller rear. ... picture looks like a higher waist than how these ... me; they sit about an 1" below my belly button. I normally wear a size 4 in ... straight leg dress ... but wear a size 2 in these. Also, the ... shrunk in length when washed in cold water. (This was not a problem for me as they seemed to be a bit long initially anyway). These ... nice alternative to skinny jeans and a great addition to my wardrobe.

Great ... bought two ... BR are always a great ... me. I don't like, or look good in, the low rise styles and I'm not extremely curvy. Usually the waist is too tight or the hips too big in many styles of ... So I can depend on ... but THESE ... extra nice. There is a wide waistband, which is nice for wearing shirts in or out. The slant pockets have zippers which means there is no gaping and the hip line is very smooth. And, of course, they are skinny, which is perfect for tucking into boots, or wearing with shoes for an up to-date look that is not jeans. Plus the stretch makes them super comfortable. I had to buy two pairs and would have bought three if they came in brown!
Nice ... Some of the ... I've purchased recently do not ... consistently, but these seem to be true to the ... Style. I like them a lot.
Cute, Cormortable and VersatileI love these ... fits me well - the rise is a little higher but not too high, and the wide waistband is flattering. I have purchased two pairs of ... Skinny ... one black flannel and one in grey stretch fabric. Both pairs are extremely comfortable and good looking and they really make your legs look long and lean. I have worn these ... work with a blouse, sweater, and pumps, then changed into a t shirt and funky sneakers after work to attend my son’s basketball game. The ... worked fabulously in either situation. The ... Skinny ... very versatile and the stretch fabric is very comfortable.
6'' 36.5" inseam walkerThese posed a bit of a problem with where it "sits". When worn pulled up right, the band rests well above the waist and of course doesn't quite hold the upper waist, ofcourse because it really isn't the same as your hips. I could push the waist down and it not be a problem but I think these are pretty much at the waist or above, not high waisted but definitely NOT below. However, I love the ... They flatter and can be worn casually or dressed up. I won't be returning them but I'll see about altering them. I'm dying for them to make it in low rise and in multiple colors like they do for the "regular" womens sizes. Please BR!!!!!
I got the skinny work slacks I wanted!I bought one pair of these and one pair of the Sexy Side Zip Leggings. I was going to return my least favorite - but I love BOTH and keeping both of them. I like the ... Side Zip a bit more than the ... skinny, because the button and zip of the ... skinny is not as sleek looking. But that also makes them a bit more business wear acceptable - though I am using both pairs as business casual. This ... looks amazing! The length is a bit long and breaks at the top of the foot, but it doesn't look right. I tuck mine under about an inch - I might get them tailored. Once I tuck them in, they really lengthens the look of the leg. I am 5'6" and an 8 Regular in BR slacks - and these ... were no different in sizing. The fabric is thicker and stretchy and is not as dressy as the slacks I usually consider business wear - hence I would not wear them to meetings with clients, but they are just what I wanted: modern ... wear to work on less formal days - with my dressy work tops they work great!
