Works freat for me, might not for you
I absolutely LOVE these shirts. Great quality and great fit, beautiful colors and easy care. I own them in 4 colors. With that said, I am usually a hard to fit body type. I have broad shoulders, long arms, and a very small bust. And I like my shirts to fit very close to my body in a slim fit. If this sounds like you, you'll love these shirts. The sleeves are longer than most other shirts, though not quite as long as if they were a true tall. This shirt probably wouldn't fit great on a person with a large bust, and it's not for someone looking for a relaxed fit.

Great shirt for work
I usually wear suits to work 3-4 days out of the week, so I like to have a variety of blouses/tops to wear underneath. I stick to button downs for any more formal setting (court or interviews, for example) and these fit the bill perfectly. I like that the buttons go high enough on the chest so as not to reveal too much cleavage, and the collar lays well over my suit jacket. I've also worn this underneath v neck sweaters (though you have to be careful to find the right type of sweater so it doesn't look too bulky). I have this in the elderberry and light pink and may pick up a few more colors during the after xmas sales.

Basic
At 5,10" & 180#, I took a size 12. I wear 34D bra. I buy Tall in all Banana Republic pants, but not tops. This was NOT Tall, size 12. Perfect.

Best Work Shirt... Period
I own four or five of these shirts and I love them. They're pretty easy to get ironed, and they always look very crisp and professional. Also, I am 5'11" and Gap button up shirts' sleeves are not long enough. Buying tall sizes don't typically work for me either with shirts because the body of the shirt then gets too big. These shirts solve that issue for me, the body fits perfect and the sleeves are just the right length. As reference I am wearing a size 14 in these at the moment and I am 195lbs with a 38B size chest.

Great shirt, not non iron
I ordered three of these in tall (I'm 6'1") and they fit great and are very flattering to my lanky frame. My only disappointment is that they are definitely not non iron. I don't put them in the dryer, as I don't want them to shrink, so I smooth them out and hang them on a hanger to dry. They definitely need ironing, even after that. I was really hoping for shirts I can pack for business trips and they would come out reasonably crisp on the other end, but no. They're still great looking, so I'll live with that.

I plan to own one in every color...
I love this shirt. Just for perspective - I am tall (6') with a very small bust and fits me perfectly. Great to wear at work with heels and a skirt or casually with jeans and boots. Comfortable and washes/dries nicely. I plan to buy one in every collor...

Nice fitted shirt, slightly shorter than I would have liked
It's a great work shirt, fitted and flattering. The wrinkle free feature is fantastic. My only complaint is I like my tops longer and this shirt is slightly short for me.

Size up
I bought one of these blouses last spring in a size 4 (my usual size in tops and blouses) and it's very tight across the chest, to the point that the buttons gap. I tried again, this time ordering a 6, and the fit is perfect. I'm not a super busty woman (I suppose you could say I have an "average" size chest) so unless you are pretty much flat chested I would recommend going up a size. I have a feeling this will become my go to blouse for work.

Sateen Shirt - Comfy & Colorful
I purchased this shirt as I really liked the color. Its bright and made out of no iron material. Definitely a plus, as who wants to spend time ironing? I normally prefer petites as I am not a tall individual. The petite size 4 in this shirt was too tight across the shouders and the second button hit in an awkward place, so I purchased this shirt in regular size 4. Its very comfortable all day long and adds great color to my wardrobe!

Great basic
I work in a cold office and these seem to be the only shirts I have found that actually button up to the neck. Lots of v necks out there so I got three of these when there was a 40% off sale. I do wish they came in tall sizes though. I did feel that it's best to go up a size. Even when I did that the shirt is very fitted especially in the chest and I am not very endowed in that area! I got the tailored style as well and that seems to be a little looser but I also had to go up a size in that one as well. For me personally I always have to go one size up no matter what I buy here - tops and pants.

Color is beautiful
I love the material. I LOVE the color. Bought this online in turquoise. As usual, BR sizing for me is off off off. I never know what size to buy. I wear XS in some tops, M in some, L in others, I wear 6 in sleeveless button down, 8 in others and so on. Get my frustration? Ho hum. I ordered this in size 8. It was too tight across the girls and it was way too big on my upper back. I don't want to look like I have a hump back. Had to take it back. The next size up was massive and the sleeves way too long. Oh well. I think I am going to give up trying to get a long sleeved button up/down shirt to fit. I am 5'4", weigh 123 and the girls are a 36c. I have an hourglass figure. The colors are fabulous. Wish I could wear it.
