Best Pants EVER!!
I love these ... - I think I own a pair in every color! They are great for work and transition well for evening. The fit is amazing, sleek, sophisticated and they wash so well. A definite must have for any women climbing the corporate ladder!

Great fitting ...
Great fit, especially the length in the ... size, I baught them in three colors, perfect for casual dressy or to dress up with a suit jacket for more formal.

The 718 Martin straight pant fits true to size, is very comfortable and keeps its shape due to its stretch fabric. I have the Steel Grey and the Kahki suits. Both are professional and are stunning with the new long sleeve coral dress shirt. I hope they keep the 718 stretch pant and suit available for many seasons.

Short Review
I wear a 6 Short. Although the size is not available in stores, it is on line! I would like to request that some "S" lengths be included in your stores. I know that you tailor in store but it would be great to buy and go! Such great clothes. Love Banana suits and pants.

Flattering and Versatile
I was looking for a suit that I could wear during winter and summer months this one is perfect for both. The ... look great with any top as they are very flattering and do not wrinkle easily. They are not lined, however, because of the softness of the fabric, it's not needed. All together, the suit is versatile and can be worn for any occassion. I am happy with my purchase.

Very nice looking pants
I bought 2 pairs of these pants; one pair black, the other was brown (I don't recall the exact name of the color). The black pair fit me as I expected them to but the brown pair was a bit smaller and shorter. I'm very tall so I always get the x long and these were almost too short for me to keep. I like my pants to just about hit the floor and these are not even close. I did like the fit though, overall, so I kept them. They look very classy, are comfortable, and are perfect for work. That's what I'm looking for. I just hope the shortness of these pants is not a sign of a new sizing at BR. I only shop here for pants because they fit me. i hope that doesn't change like some of the fashions have.

not bad
I got these ... before I got the 215 Martin trousers and when I compare the two, I feel this pair falls short, both in terms of fit and fabric. The fit is generally fine, however I do have to tug a little bit to avoid a "wedgie" effect. When the wedgie effect is averted, there ends up being some bagginess around the hip/thigh areas. I'm not sure how a pair of ... can both be too tight and too baggy at the same time in the same area, but I found this to be the case for me. My figure is fairly straight and thin so other women may not have these problems. As for the fabric, it feels stiffer and more casual than the 215 and the drape is therefore different when worn. A higher heel than I usually wear may give a better effect. Overall though, I do like these ... find them flattering, only not as flattering as the 215 Martins. (From this review it's probably apparent that I am very picky about fit!)

I think BR needs to consider updating policy for Tall sizes! These pants were on sale in the store, but I was not able to get the same price for the Tall size since they need to be ordered on line. The store clerk recommended I purchase the regular size in the store, order the tall pair on line and then bring them both back to the store for a price adjustment and to return the regular size pair. A LOT of hassle for a pair of pants! There has to be a better way to treat their tall customers!!

Pants tight on legs
These pants run a little tighter cut than other suit type pants. If you have small thighs these are for you.These pants fit my waist but were too tight on my thighs for dress pants. I tried going a size up in store but then they were huge so the clerk directed me to a style better for my body type ... athletic, small waist

Bad fabric, cheap
I love the Martin fit but this fabric is cheap and wears out very quickly. I have pants and suits from BR that have lasted for years for work but these have lasted a few months. The pants are not holding up well at all. I try my best to wear them several times prior to dry cleaning but they look old and faded within 3 months of wear.

Wrinkles and too much stretching = nightmare!!
I have a couple of these suits because they look really good when you try them on and they are lighter weight which is ideal for summer. Beware though!! They wrinkle worse than any article of clothing I've ever owned, and the pants stretch out so that it looks as though you are wearing pants that are five sizes too big! Holy cow-- I wear a 0 and the pants were snug when I tried them on, but progress throughout the day to stretch out in every corner you could imagine. Creates a very sloppy look by noon! My advice: stick with the BR lightweight wool suit line. That line is my favorite, doesn't stretch out, and doesn't wrinkle! Get more bang for your buck!
