Well Made
I own 5 BR ... style shirts. This new logo shirt is true to size and looks great with chinos at work or with jeans in a casual setting. I usually drip dry my shirts and the seem to last longer. Also love the ease of online shopping with BR and the no hassle return policy.

I bought two of these ... shirts and love them. I have already recommended them to friends and family. They are nice because they are very light and they do not have the long backs other ... might have. I wear them to work and leisure activities including golf.

Pretty cool.
When purchasing this item I went off of my experience shopping at the GAP and purchased them without trying on. The GAP polo fit slightly smaller than labeled and proved to be true, just a little, for the BR polo as well. As people have mentioned they are a lot smaller in the sleeves. Meaning if you're a Ralph Lauren or Tommy Hilfiger type of polo guy who like sleeves longer in the arms these sleeves will ride up higher on the arm and won't be for you. I found that the length to be just right but I haven't washed them yet so there could be some shrinking (96% cotton). I'm 6'1" 200 lbs. and purchased an XL. It seems to fit just right across the shoulders and you have a good fit from pit to pit. But I'm slimmer and the XL seems to be wider in circumference and there's room to grow (even though that isn't gonna happen!). Once again, I haven't washed them yet so I'm hoping there won't be shrinkage and that would only be a problem if the sleeves shrank up as well as the length. They are made in Vietnam. I feel that if BR wants to maintain customer satisfaction they should rethink the sleeve length and perhaps not make it as wide in the XL (even though I think it's okay). But don't fret if you purchase it online. You can take it back to the local store as long as you exchange for the same product in a different size. They're cool about it.

Classic Polo
This ... fit is consistent with other styles from BR, which I like. Be careful when ordering online with regard to the colors, however. I originally purchased the ultra navy color, thinking the elephant crest was white, but was disappointed when it arrived and was a light blue color. After returning it, I purchased the darker green color and am more than satisfied with it. Even though it's the basic polo for Banana Republic, it's still much softer than ... other brands, which is great for the extreme heat here in the South. This polo looks great tucked in and untucked. Typically with dress shirts I get a fitted small, but always have to get mediums in BR ... because of the shoulder widths and length of the shirts. Maybe this info will help.

Comfortable but slim fitting
I wear ... shirts just about every day for work and want something comfortable, stylish and that makes me look good. These ... BR just about fit the bill. The shirts are very comfortable in most areas. Cotton is soft and they feel like a more expensive shirt which make me feel like I got a good value. I have some criticisms as well. They are not long enough for those of us with greater than XL proportions. I have worn a couple of these shirts once and wish they were about an inch and a half longer. They are tighter around the arms than other shirts from eddie bauer, lands end or Jos Bank and the overall styling is a little more slim fit than those brands. That makes sense given BR's overall styling leans that direction. They fit, they are comfortable but feel just slightly more form fitting than other brands I wear and I'm concerned about their first post wash fit. 50/50 on buying again.

still love BR
I have ordered and purchased many items from outlet, retail, and web from BR and will continue to do so. Somehow I have never ordered a ... BR and this last online order consisting of two ... surprised me with the fit of the shirts. I will have to go to a store and do some trying on to find my optimal size as these shirts even though a size " large" were somewhat smaller than I anticipated or have found in other clothing brands. They are not unwearable as they are, but a bit snug in areas. I will keep them as the fabric is very comfortable, and I will continue to shop BR.

Tall Sizes
I purchased 4 ... shirts, all were true to size with the exception of the black. Says it is a tall but not nearly as long as the others. Still works but very disappointed in it.

... shirt doesn't fit as well as the past years ... bought 6 different colors and am going to return them all. I have around 15 Banana ... past 2 years I have purchased ant these fit different. Seems like there made for a shorter guy up to 5'6. I am 6 foot and all the shirts were to short.

Your return/exchange policy - very unhappy!!
Unfortunately I had lost my received packing slip. I took both shirts to your SEATTLE SOUTHCENTER to exchange them. The clerk at that store could not track the purchase with my credit card. I am sure I had given her the correct CREDIT CARD [@]. The clerk scanned the shirts, saying one cost [$] dollars and the other [$] and I can exchange the shirts with those prices. That was very disappointing, when I had paid [$] for each ... line!! This is a with your Xmas sale. Obviously they were not worth exchanging them at your store with such a reduced prices. I have the shirts now and I have logged on in my account and I did verify the prices. So I am very disappointed with such a customer service. Regards, Art Safarli
