This is a great shirt that is not the usual bulky fit that we Petites have become accustomed to expect. Beware though: If you are very small, short waisted, & usually have to order the MOST ... size available, just go with your usual size. The 00P was very tight and not very flattering. I exchanged for 0P, and the fit was much more comfortable and appropriate.

Perfect for me
When I walked into Banana Republic and saw the sale on these dress shirts I immediately snatched several up, in a size 4. I went into the dressing room to try them on realizing that it was just way too big. I had one of the sales associates fit me, and I ended up being a 2 petit! The shirt fits me perfectly and I have already gotten so many compliments on it. It's perfect in the bust and not too tight, the shoulders hit me perfectly and the waist is slimming. I feel as if BR is made for my body type. I will certainly be getting these shirts in all the colors because it's just such a great fit for me, and I can also wear it in other occasions such as casual wear or a relaxed night out.

Adds pop to your work attire
I bought a bunch of these for work. Mostly I love that BR elevated the style by offering it in a great fabric and vibrant colors that add pop to my work attire. I'm 5"3, 36C with apple shape and buy 12P for tops at BR. It fits well all around - sleeve length, chest, waist. Washes well too, just be sure follow the labeled instructions.

Meh
Nice shirt, good fabric, does stay mostly wrinkle free after washing (some steaming or ironing is ideal, but it's not horrible if you just wash and wear). Sadly, I have to echo other reviewers -- it's a bit tight in the bust. That could be just me, though -- I'm 5'2", 32D, 110lbs. The 00P fits everywhere except the bust, where it pulls too much to be work appropriate (or appropriate in public, for that matter). Nevertheless, the shirts are cute and I bought three on sale (white with blue pinstripe, lavender, pink), and wear them under sweaters or cardigans at work. If you have a smaller chest, this may be an ideal shirt. For me, it'll do so long as there's something over it (or maybe under it -- when the weather warms up I may try the shirts with camisoles).

Nice fabric but difficult to get the right size
I first tried this shirt on in regular 0 in store because they don't carry any petite sizes. It was overall too big and too long for my 5"4, 110lb. figure. So I had the store ordered ... 0 for me, hoping it would be a perfect fit. However, when I received ... 0 and tried it on, it was really tight around the chest (good elsewhere) and I'm never a busty girl. I thought the only differences between ... 0 and regular 0 would be the sleeve & body lengths and there shouldn't be such a big difference in chest space. So I had to go back to the store to return and have them order ... 2 this time [...]. Also I found the color selection online is different from in store. This time I ordered a white one and a really lovely soft pink that's not available online. Besides those, this shirt has really good fabric and quality.

Excellent fit but not sure about non wrinkle feature
I have been looking for a dress shirt that fits me well. I am 5'5 but I have small body. Most shirts at many stores are too big for me even size XS. This is the perfect fit for me with size 00P. I am happy with the style and color. It is very appropriate for work definitely. One thing that I don't like is that non wrinkle feature is not what I experienced. I will give it a try first. If it's wrinkle, I think this shirt is quite pricy. I bought a non wrinkle shirt from another store. It is exactly what the feature says. I never have to iron it. By the way, I really need a plain dress shirt. That's why I bought it. Ok..When I saw it on the shelf, the shirt was wrinkle. I asked sale associate why it had wrinkle even though it's supposed to be wrinkle free. Her reply referred that it should be fine after I put it into dryer. I got home, soaked it with water, and put it into dryer to see the result. I ended steaming it but easier to do so than ironing the traditional shirt. If I did the wrong process, please let me know. Thanks. I really want to give five stars if I didn't have it steam my new shirt.

Annoying, but good for the price
I ordered this shirt in the pale pink and white because they were on sale and I got what I expected for the price. I'm 5'4", 115 lbs., and wear an A cup and the buttons at the bust line gapped and made the shirt a lot more revealing than I had hoped (I got a small). Otherwise, it was generally true to size and the darting was flattering on a thin frame. The sateen finish is nice, as is the no iron fabric, but I found that when I washed it it picked up a truly amazing amount of lint. It was fine after lint rolling, but picked up fibers from the sweater I wore it with, too. Next time I wash I'll try a dryer sheet and see if that helps. The fabric is also quite see through so I have to wear a white bra or a cami underneath. Not a deal breaker, but annoying, especially since the no iron fabric made me expect that this shirt would be relatively low maintenance.

Wish it had worked for me :(
I am 5 feet tall, 110 lb and pear shaped: 32-24-35. I have tried this shirt every season but in vain. I am a 0-petite/ XS ... tops and tried this shirt both in 0P and 00P. Overall, 0P fits me better than 00P. But the one and only big problem I have had with this shirt is that it "poofs at the upper back giving me a pseudo hump". This might be because the shirt waist was placed lower than my natural waist and doen't quite sit there. Otherwise 0P fits beautifully. The poof was considerably decreased with 00P but it was too tight at the chest. I am a Gap/BR fan and really wished this shirt had fitted, sigh. In contrast the Ann Taylor ... Perfect Shirt in 0P" fits me very well without the above mentioned problem.

Poor fit
I was really excited to order several of these shirts during a sale. I already own 3 non iron shirts and wanted to stock up on a couple more. When I received them, however, I was incredibly disappointed. The fit completely changed. It's too tight across the bust, and there is an extra poof on my back. Did Banana Republic forget that a woman's chest faces the front and is not on our backs? I will be returning this ASAP. It's too bad because the colour is beautiful and the length of the sleeves and body is perfect. However, it's simply not wearable.

Not fitted at all. Try without size inflation?
Having bought a "fitted" short sleeved shirt that was actually fitted before, I was hoping this would fit and ordered it in 5 colors. I am 5"0 and have a 24" inch waist (25" when full. I'm not super skinny for my height). The waist is WAY too big. People with a 27-28 inch waist are NOT 00P. Please consider manufacturing XXXS P or 000P if you're doing this size inflation thing. Some of the other BR products are really excellent and true to-size. Usually the sweaters and tank tops are actually XXS P. Even the coats. I don't know what's wrong with button up shirts...

itchy
The purple was a lovely colour but the fabric itched immediately upon wearing. The size was surprising good for me, which may be too small for most people. I can wear size 10-12 girls' tops. I purchased the smallest size in ... cuffs were a bit snug and I have very small, narrow wrists. I returned this and another non iron fitted shirt because of the itch factor.
