Perfect Pants
Loved everything about these pants.....fit, weight, even length good for me. Usually every petite pant I have to shorten....these are a little more refined, great for work, going out as I'd wear them with a heel. Great for over 55 ladies.....we may be getting older but we are not dead! Buy them, you'lll love them.....

My favorite pants.
These pants are just wonderful. I am 5'2" and 160 pounds and I bought a few in 10P and 12P (of the Sloan style). These are are so flattering and they fit so well. I actually don't dry clean them, just put them through the wash and they are as good as new. I am a chemist and know that sometimes they ask you to dry clean, though it is unnecessary.

Great Pants!!!
No one does pants like BR. BR uses the best material and their cut and style is impeccable. I am extremely petite and these pants were actually cut for me to the "T" -- unbelievable. If BR can fit me (petite 00), they can fit anyone. These pants are a little thicker material, but it is a quality and comfortable material. Keep up the outstanding job with your pants, BR. Oh, and thanks for taking care of us petite 00's!

Great pair of pants!
I love these pants! Probably the most comfortable ones I own plus they look great! I bought them in black. I usually wear a size 4 or 6 and I bought these in a 6 petite. I took the larger size as ... usually cut smaller. The fit is perfect! These pants are very slimming but so comfortable. They are fitted but have a nice stretch. They look great for work or just going out for dinner/drinks! I'm now going to get them in brown.

Perfect everyday work pants for flats
I have these pants in regular as well, but I just got them in petite to wear on days when I can't bear the thought of heels. The length and fit is perfect (I'm 5' 3" 105 lbs and got the petite size 0). They are on the "heavier" side so might not be idea for warm weather, but perfect for almost any day in San Francisco! A great wardrobe staple.

Petite 323 martin pant
I loved the fact that even though they were petite, they still were long enough to wear with a small heal. I am 5'3". What I didn't like about the pant, was that they are a heavier fabric and would be too warm to wear on a hot summer's day. So needless to say, I returned them. I liked the style and fit, but not the weight of the fabric. And because of this, the pant legs wern't flowy, but more of a stiff look. I prefer my slacks to flow.

Basic black slacks, lacking style
I had just bought some Sloan fit grey/black twill slacks from the store and was so pleased with them that I immediately ordered these black pair online. Unfortunately the fabric is really different. The black ones have almost a shiny black look that makes them look kind of cheap and very generic. Like something you'd see catering staff wear. The material does seem to be almost waterproof/ stain proof so if you need basic black slacks for restaurant/catering work these might be a good choice. I wasn't as pleased with them to wear to the office. The fit is good and I always love to find petite size pants that I don't need to hem. I am barely 5'4" with pretty short legs, curvy figure and weigh 130lb. The petite 4 fit great, with a slight flared leg. Conservative and mature style.

The fabric fades too quick. The stiching is not good quaulity, falls apart. Rrecently new pair was unsewn in the croach, didn't realize until at work. Accendently washed and the hem of pant came down had to go to store and have it repaire (drove 45 miles).

do NOT BUY!!!
I LOVED the fit of these pants. I've never put on a pair of pants and felt "wow!" I bought them immediately, went online and bought every other color in my size. I do NOT make a lot of money, but I am frugal and considered these pants a work to play investment in my wardrobe that would by my only pant purchase for several years to compensate for the price. HOWEVER as others have said, THESE PANTS SHRINK! EVERY TIME YOU PROPERLY DRY CLEAN THEM, THEY SHRINK EVEN MORE!!!!!! HOW CAN THESE PANTS BE FOR SALE WHEN YOU CANNOT WASH THEM!? I hate Banana Republic for wasting my time and money on something so obviously WRONG about this product. Considering the number of reviews warning about this (which I did not see when shopping in store) - everyone should be given replacement pants. Now I'm out hundreds of dollars AND need new pants! I am so sad and upset about the money loss and that I no longer have the "wow!" ... BR is my go to company for quality, fit and durability - but now I can't imagine how I can trust them ever again.
