unexpectedly perfect fit !!!
I was straggling finding a perfect fit ... Normally BR ... regular XS is too big and loose on me and I have problem with XS petite ( sleeves are too short and waist is too high). But this ... regular XS is beyond my expectations. Perfect fit!

great business ...
i wear this blouse with my black BR suit and i get tons of compliments. As always, when i order a Size 4 ... BR, it fits perfectly. Arms are the right length, fits perfect over chest (bra size 75B) and length is perfect even with low rise jeans (i'm about 5.7 and 125lbs.) i ordered the same blouse in 4 different colors. Great to wash and almost no iron necessary.

Perfect Work ...
The cut is perfect! But I suspect it's best for smaller chested women. The cotton material is thick so your bra doesn't show yet the material is soft. For the price and quality, there is no better button down ... work. I have this ... almost every color. BR should make this ... every color in the rainbow.

A very classic ... Can be worn for business or for an evening event paired with a dressy pant. The ... well made and constructed. The size 6 fits perfected. A "must have" for every well dressed womans closet.

PERFECT!!
Let me put it to you this way: if you know your fit, this shirt is a absolute PERFECT staple for your wardrobe. When I tried on this blouse in my Pentagon City store (Washington DC), I knew unequivacally at that moment that I really LOVE this blouse. Perfect around my waist, perfect around my top area and there is NO BUNCHING whatsoever. Put your money in this shirt. AND I'm thinking of getting another one (with my 20% off Receipt). Thank Banana. Love it! I want more!
This ... perfect! It's conservative enough for this future CPA, but still feminine and sexy. I ordered my usual size, and the fit is perfect. I noticed the tag says not to use fabric softeners (meaning no dryer sheets/bar) so I might have to air dry the ... but I can live with that. BR might be my exclusive button down ... supplier from now on.

Perfect for the office
This was my first on line purchase from BR and I am pleased with the ... needed a few go to ... office and bought the elderberry and white ... love the feel of the fabric as it has a soft feel to it. The collar can be worn up or down as the material is stiff enough for the collar to stay up in place. The overall fit is flattering with a bit of contour through the torso. I am 5"10 and have trouble finding ... longer sleeves and this ... perfect for me. I will be ordering more in other colors!

perfect ... highly recommended!
i was a bit worried about sizing, because i've used multiple banana republic rewards vouchers, which won't be refunded if i returned ... color (elderberry) is true to the picture online~ i'm happy since i opened the package. then i tried it on, perfect sizing, shoulders, chest, sleeve length, waist~ it's just perfect! and the material has this very lux sheen, nice touch~ the color goes very well with jeans, grey pants, casual and work~ very flexible~ as for the washing, read the label carefully, you shouldn't dry clean it, you should wash in cold~ one shouldn't complain so much about shrinking without reading and following the labels. again, highly recommended, and you should have one in your wardrobe.

Better than expected
I read a lot of the other reviews regarding the ... being too tight across the bust, so I ordered an 8 vs. a 6 that I usually buy. The ... perfect! I originally ordered the purple ... since then have ordered 3 more in white, pink and black.

Professional looking ...
This ... fits very nicely. I was worried that I shoud size up due to other reviews...I did, but probably did not need to. I ordered a 6 and it fits fine, maybe a little bigger than I'd like through the shoulders, but I work as a physical therapist, so I don't mind the extra room. If it was just for casual wear I'd probably go with my normal size 4. No gapping in the chest, sleeve length was perfect. Only one small negative, I purchased the black ... does collect lint quite easily, but that's solved by keeping a lint roller handy. Alll in all, very happy with my purchase!
