Great ...
I love these Non Iron Fitted Shirts from BR. All colors are great and the fitted shirts are slimmer around the waist than the tailored. For me a better fit. I always order Size 4 in the fitted shirts, i'm 5.7, 36B, 120lbs. Suggestion: if you have a slightly bigger chest, i would order at least ONE size up, Material is easy to wash (i wash it inside out though) and i don't put them in the dryer, just hang them on a hanger... dry in one night! Easy to iron (I also iron inside out, especially the darker colored shirts). Would suggest these shirts to everyone who likes to look great in the office, on the weekends, at night... you can wear them at all times with sweaters, blazers, sweatshirts... thanks BR!

Classy, comfortable work shirts
We work at a dental office and had been looking for a nice dress ... we could all wear in our office. When we saw these shirts we loved the color and the material. Our doctor liked it as well. You can wear it for work or for casual dinner. We Love It! We liked it so much that we ordered another one. Thanks!

Perfect ...
I own six of these shirts. High quality construction and a luxe cotton sheen fabric. It's comfortable, stays tucked in and doesn't wrinkle throughout the day. Great with a suit, skirt and pants for office and then fabulous with jeans, sandals and a great necklace for a night out. It's slightly slim fitted, but it's flattering because of that; they are tailored to skim the body - not boxy. If you want "blousy", size up one. They dry clean well and maintain their color. Overall, a very sexy button down; my favorite ... BR.

Great ... order a size up
I am an in senior management and like to wear button down shirts at work for their practicality and professional look. After reading all the reviews about the shirts being too tight across the chest (even for small busted women like myself), I ordered a size up to 2. Size 2 is comfortable and fits great. There is nothing worse than a button down ... gaping open in the front when you are at work! BananaRepublic has received many criticisms about the inconsistencies in their products' sizes. I hope their corporate office is paying attention and have plans to better communicate to their customers.

Perfect for the office
This was my first on line purchase from BR and I am pleased with the ... needed a few go to shirts for the office and bought the elderberry and white ... love the feel of the fabric as it has a soft feel to it. The collar can be worn up or down as the material is stiff enough for the collar to stay up in place. The overall fit is flattering with a bit of contour through the torso. I am 5"10 and have trouble finding shirts with a longer sleeves and this ... perfect for me. I will be ordering more in other colors!

Best ... ever
Best fit ever. I'm a 4 in most BR shirts. They fit best (Bra size 75B, about 120lbs, 5.7). Sleeves are the right lenght, as well as the ... lenght doesnt slip out of low waist pants chest good fitting, buttons dont bust open Got this in almost all colors super to wash/iron/take care off. Wear them almost every day in the office (business required) and in the evening with jeans and boots. With or without blazer/jacket, 100% wrinkle free while u wear it Wish they would come in more blue colors now... Will keep buying. Totally worth the money.

Beautiful well made ...
I just bought two of these in the store at great sale prices. One is a beautiful berry color and the other a white and purple ish stripe. These are so well made and are excellent for wear in professional office settings. I am 5'6", 137 lbs, 36C and these fit almost perfectly in the size 8. I could actually wear a size 6 for the shoulders, but I need the 8 for the bust. Honestly, although I think these shirts are lovely, I wish they would be just a little bigger in the bust so I could wear the 6, as I am fussy about the shoulder width, and think my proportions are very typical. Comparing prices for other brands, for an almost 100% cotton very well made, ... these are a great price even if not on sale. I am hoping they do not shrink when washed, but I think the small amount of spandex in them will prevent that.

D cups - go up
I bought this and the white ... online in a 6, which I thought would be ample for my bust since I usually wear a small at BR, but it was too small in the bust. I had to buy an 8, which is a touch big, but that's perfectly fine for my purposes - the office.

Very Pretty
This is a nice, crisp office ... perfect for work. It has a bit of a sheen to it, which makes it slightly more feminine. I normally wear a size six in other stores, but I took the advice of reviewers and purchased a four. Four is perfect, except that the sleeves are a little short. I'm 5'7 with long arms, so this is a common problem for me. However, the sleeves aren't *too* short, just a little shorter than expected. I would recommend this ... friends, but it does hang a bit stiff in places. (This is common for non iron shirts.) Also, I would recommend that Banana Republic work on shirts that define the waist a little better.

Basic beautiful work ...
I love this work ... take the size 12 in regular. I weight 1701bs for reference and a 34D or 34DD. It's a beautiful ... office but for us with some breast it can be a bit of a pain as its snug on the chest and a bit snug on the arms so i tend to go with the bigger sizes in these whereas i normally wear a medium or size 8, 10 or 6 based on your reviews.

Great basic
I work in a cold office and these seem to be the only shirts I have found that actually button up to the neck. Lots of v necks out there so I got three of these when there was a 40% off sale. I do wish they came in tall sizes though. I did feel that it's best to go up a size. Even when I did that the ... very fitted especially in the chest and I am not very endowed in that area! I got the tailored style as well and that seems to be a little looser but I also had to go up a size in that one as well. For me personally I always have to go one size up no matter what I buy here - tops and pants.
