Great on the go!got this not to long ago. got tired of having to take a backpack everywhere when i needed to have certain items or papers with me. this messenger back looks great! even better in person than it does online. Haven't had a problem with it yet and it does the job! would recommend it to anyone : )
A perfect Messenger ... I am so excited about my new messenger ... light weight but quite durable and has all the right pockets to make it stylish and quite functional. There are so many messenger bags to choose from and this one comes in several colors but the blue one works with every coat and jacket I own. Find the color that works best for you and get ready for the compliments.
I like it more than others!I just purchased this ... store at a great price! I love it! It has style, it is versatile to dress up or down, it carries all items I need on the go, such as my kindle, wallet, hairbrush, reading glasses, and miscellaneous little things. It is of very good quality, and stands out over other bags I looked at while shopping for a new Messenger's.
Very good ... I've had this ... month, and it's turned out to be a very good ... few minor flaws. Overall, the ... well designed and looks great. The two buckles have magnets which guide the buckles to notch holes, but you still have to press the buckle buttons in to secure them. The ... has an exterior zippered pocket on the top flap and another zippered pocket inside. The problem with these pockets are that they are flush with the rest of the ... no expandable volume; so anytime you place anything inside the pocket (e.g. a small bottle of Tylenol), the entire ... bulges outward quite badly. I had last year's version of the canvas messenger ... liked it quite a bit more. Last year's version was 15 inches wide (a few inches smaller), had magnetic latches without having to press in a buckle button, and there was no front zippered pocket. If the Banana Republic design team is reading this, I would suggest: (1) make the ... bit smaller; (2) add a top handle so I can carry a laptop with one hand; (3) reinforce the bottom so that it doesn't bulge downwards; (4) don't show any exterior stitching; and (5) simplify the design to be more minimalistic.
Sleek messenger ... Love the ... I've been coveting for a while, but was unwilling to pay full price for. Finally found a sale that covered the ... got it. (Railing against BR's policy of excluding items from sales or placing items on "sale" when coupons only cover full price items is for another place and time.) The ... can hold a lot more than you think-- I stopped at the store on the way home from work the other day and fit two gallons of milk inside. However, sneakers tend to throw it out of wack... Altogether, the only reasons I've been somewhat dissatisfied with mine since I got it stem only from the fact that I'd been using a backpack beforehand, and could fit everything but the kitchen sink inside of it. This will do you just fine for commuting, as long as maybe you pack a canvas ... inside of it for those times you want to do some grocery shopping on the way home!
Disappointing ... The reviews of this ... have been overwhelmingly positive, so I was somewhat surprised when the actual item arrived, and failed to live up to my expectations. My standards were based on a similar BR messenger ... had dutifully served my needs for over 5 years. The strap on that ... finally broke, and I was thus compelled to get the latest version. I would return this item if the previous ... still functional. The styling on this model is very nice, and I appreciate some of the subtle details, such the magnetic fastener snaps, and the external industrial stitching. Otherwise, this item isn't much use to a man on the go, it's function being essentially that of a tote ... not a genuine messenger ... Unlike my previous ... there are no slots for pens, and the front zipper pocket has less than half of the carrying capacity. The interior is also less roomy, and if you plan on cramming your laptop in here with more than one standard sized book, you will be obliged to get creative with the placement. Another problem is that the compartments are not positioned in such a way so as to provide comfortable positioning for things like digital cameras, chargers, or other electronic accessories that one is likely to carry in this ... prepared for a lot of bulging. There is also an annoying metal logo plate with two small screws, positioned on the inside of the ... scratch your laptop exterior is you don't position something in between. Really a pointless inclusion. The previous ... used a simple printed tag. The construction and the quality of the materials is also compromised in comparison with the previous ... strap is made of a weaker weave material, and I doubt that this will last me the 5 years that my previous strap endured. The synthetic canvas of the ... itself is also thinner, and however attractive the external stitching may appear, it is more likely to catch and fray, eventually undoing the seams. To my fault, I should have examined the ... store, or spent the extra money and purchased the leather version. Nevertheless, I was basing my expectation on my previous BR messenger ... one falls very short of that product. BR 's previously high standards have been slowly eroding the past few years, in my humble opinion, and this ... indicative of a general decline in quality.

Luxe weekender bagThis is a great bag for a weekend trip. It fits all of my essentials -- extra clothes, running shoes, cosmetic case, book, etc -- comfortably, and is structured enough to keep my things from getting all jumbled together like some bags do. I have gotten tons of compliments on this ... people seem to think it looks more expensive than it is. The handle drop is great for carrying in the crook of your arm or holding in your hand, and the shoulder strap is sturdy and comfortable. Would undoubtedly work as a ... but I bought it for myself and think it works well for women too.
Great WeekenderSimply, I searched for a weekend travel ... feel funny rolling wheels through airports. I wanted something that says, "hey guys...our time is now". Yes, the ... versatile, roomy, and convenient. I have not one complaint. I have several bags but I like its durability and don't miss many of the others. Don't delay GENTS when you see this...it is a necessity!
The coolest most good looking ... have ever had! :) This ... amazing... Ever since I walked into the banana republic store I have always had my eye on this ... Turns out to be that I really couldn't live without it! I just love this ... soooooo much... I take it to travel with me every week, and even can lasts me a good week without having to little clothing inside. I would definitely recommend this ... someone who is into style, joy, and happiness... This ... have in the color of black... It goes great with pretty much anything... This ... good for men and women... I love how it has the shoulder strap and it just fits so comfortably on me. It keeps your clothes safe and wrinkly free and even has few good organizational compartments on the inside and outside of the ... shop at banana republic almost every week and just love it there... Thanks to them I am always in style and always look forward to going back there to find something new to take home with me... My point is, is that this ... totally awesome and superb! Great Weekender ... Excellent quality, thick handles, and plenty of room inside. Hardware is top notch and the value is great if you can take advantage of the 30% off going on tonight. Many weekender bags are built with 1 exterior pocket and 1 interior, while this one helps organization with 2 exterior pockets and 3 interior. This way my smaller items are far easier to find and access. Only improvement I would suggest is a leather strap to complement the leather trim. The nylon/cloth strap that comes with the ... both feels cheap and looks like an afterthought.
