My boyfriend loves these sweaters. He wears the large one when he wants to wear a button down underneath it and he wears the medium with a tee for a different look. This is a timeless staple. Pretty colors and so soft
Very Nice
Very nice, comfortable and looks good with just a tshirt underneath or shirt and tie. The colors are vibrant . If you buy these sweaters you will enjoy.If you want them to fit loose then I would order one size up.
Versatile ...
I really enjoy everything this ... has to offer. It's versatile, meaning you can wear it to work, casual dinner engagements, or even going to a ball game with a pair of your favorite jeans. Most of all I like the fact that I didn't get that hot and itchy feeling I've experienced wearing other brands sweaters. Overall, this ... can be dressed up/down by wearing a dress shirt or tie underneath or just wearing a tee shirt.
Always wonderful
With three men in the family aged from late teens to mid sixties, we own numbers of these sweaters. They are fashionable and comfortable for all ages and the color selections are wonderful. They work as solo garments or over tees and button downs, even with a work shirt and tie. Very versatile.
beware of buying online vs. store
great sweaters. Buyer beware: the sweaters i bought online size M, were much much bigger than the M i picked up in the store.
Oh, nana...
I love Banana Republic, and have been a fan since way back (remember the crashed jeep out front?) My latest purchase was a ... like all sweaters I have tried on at Banana, it is either a perfect fit, or waaay off. This purchase was unfortunately the latter. However - the process of buying was super smooth, and after I wanted to return, the process was very quick (I ordered on line, and received my refund within 5 days of sending it back!) I will continue to purchase at Banana, the quality is good (My dress pants last as long as comparable at Hugo Boss, or DKNY or Michael Kors, etc) and the service is great.
Shape
My husband is overweight, requiring him to wear xxs izes. Though the sweaters were good looking and well made, they were way too tight with sleeves too long I've learned my lesson,,,
Fluff
Why do all these sweaters shed fluff so quickly. The facts that these sweaters go on sale so quickly suggests there is an issue as In found out. Wore it and within an hour i notice fluff on the arms, lower back, sides and cuffs. This is definitely getting returned. Looks great but very poor material.
