Mens Boot Cut Pants
Boot-cut chino
$59.50

Finally - boot ... chino''s are BACK!
Finally boot ... chino's are BACK! 4 or 5 years ago BR, GAP, and Old Navy carried boot ... khakis or chino's. ... my favorite style and I have not been able to find them for a few years. I didn't hesitate when i saw them on the BR website - i bought 2 pair.. i have since purchased 2 more. They fit great and are great quality. It's about time the designers and buyers realized that the entire world doesn't wear skinny pants!

Excellent fit
Tall guys out there, these pants fit awesome!! I am 6'6" 250lbs and was getting tired of visiting a 1000 stores looking for pants that only prepared me for the flood. The 36 length is true to size and the ... makes them fit nicely over a pair of boots. The pant legs dont get caught up on the tongue of your boots. I probly wouldnt recommend them if you plan on wearing low ... dress shoes though. The ... too big for them and they would be dragging on the ground. Just bought 2 more pair. Love them!!!

Great fit
I searched for a long time to find a pant that fits like these do. I purchased a couple pair of ... chinos at a Banana outlet store a few years back and they were the perfect fit. I had trouble finding any thing that came close to fitting like those. Banana has offered them again and I couldn't be happier. I like the little looser feel to the leg and the opening isn't too big, a true ... Thank you BR for having these ... need a few more pair.

AWESOME Boot Cut Chinos
I have been waiting for BR to reintroduce their boot cut chinos for the past 3 years. I purchased every color of the washed boot cut chinos roughly three years ago and have been asking/shopping around to see when BR would bring them back. Personally, I think the new boot cut is better fitting and MUCH better looking. I now have the black and acorn colors and they look great (will be purchasing all other colors soon). They fit great, sizes are spot on, have the flare for the boot cut to cover the shoes without looking ridiculous. There's nothing more I hate than straight cut jeans or chinos and as a result will ONLY buy boot cut. So for me to praise BR on their boot cut chinos, well then they definitely get an A+ from me. Finally BR got it right however they don't offer them in any of their retail locations. Don't bother checking out J CREW, a waste of time and money and the quality is awful as compared to BR.

Perfect Casual!
As some others have noted, they've completely redesigned the Boot Cut fit style, not much of a redesign but the one thing i first noticed was the bottom opening. They're "wider" than previous generation boot cut bottoms, which to me is GREAT!. This is what true Boot Cut openings are. The fit through out the pants are great, true to size, and most of all.. no more TIGHT LEG OPENINGS anymore. Others claim to prefer "less of an opening" but, if you wanted tighter openings, you could go for other styles. This "wider" boot cut opening has finally had me ordering a pair of each color. I do own last years model, and year before that, and was not too big of a fan of, "SKINNY LEG TIGHT BOOT ... OPENINGS".

Look and feel great
These ... chinos look and feel better than I expected. I would recommend them to slim/athletic bodied ... They are slim through the thigh and knee and then have the perfect ... flare that allows them to fall nicely on top of shoes while not looking like bell bottoms. They are more casual than normal khakis or slacks but work well for going out to a casual dinner or wearing for a relaxed day at the office. While I like how slim they are in the thighs, one of my only complaints is that it's difficult to store much in the pockets and even something as thin as a smartphone bulges and is visible through the material. If you like a more relaxed fit, I would recommend going up a size.

... Cut...Good ...
i just bought 3 pair of the ... chinos...and their great. This ... way more stylish than "your dad's" basic chino. I know some folks don't like the wide leg but that's what makes these pants so edgey and unique. This ... reminds me of the emerson line that BR discontinued years ago. These also fit better than the ... fit" chinos two years ago. Last thing...you may want to buy a size longer than you usual size due to the more exact fit.

How they fit for what body type!
So I own a pair of the previous boot cut and as everyone has stated they are a better cut, style and fit. However after the conundrum caused by reading the other reviews regarding how much the new boot cut sucks, I decided I would find out for myself. Truth is, they are not near as bad as the reviews. Here is the deal, if you are athletic built with decent to muscular legs they will fit and look great. If you have no thigh, then yes they will appear big and the boot leg open will definitely appear large. For reference, I am 6'2" 210lbs very athletic built. My legs match my upper body both being muscular with low body fat. My waist is around 31-32" I ordered two pair of 34/34. The waist is a little big as expected but I always order a larger waist to give me a little more leg room. They are cut true to size and fit great with no alterations needed. The boot cut leg open looks good and the fit on my thigh is perfect, not too tight and not loose. Very pleased and will order more in the future! Bottom line... If you have no thigh/quad maybe they will look to big but for you guys that are thick or muscular, give them a try! Also, BR please bring back the pocket from the previous style and a simple single button for the fly will work fine!

Not the best, but I didn''t send them back.
Overall a good pant, and probably the best on the mall store market. Pro's: ... which is hard to find these days. The legs are just about perfect. Not too tight like skinny ... but not as baggy as loose fit. The legs are just about a regular ... good leg flair to eliminate the clown shoe look. I also liked the variety of colors available. On to the Con's: The rise, I felt, was a bit on the low side. I really have to pull 'em down to get the length I'm used to and to prevent the flooder look. If it were easier to exchange them as they don't carry the ... cuts locally, I would exchange them for the next longer size and have them hemmed if necessary. They can also get pretty wrinkly in the dryer, which, for my taste, requires a quick ironing.

Strange Color
I was disapointed that they do not sell the ... chinos in any of their stores any more. I ordered what I thought would be a good color but the color of pants when they arrived looked much, much different than on all of the computer screens I looked at them on. I ordered moose brown -- on the screen they looked sort of tan gray. . . but when they arrived they were dark, dark brown. So, I took them back to the nearest store. Very tough to order pants on line and it is too bad they don't carry these pants in the store so that the right fit and right color can be purchased. I have a few ... chinos that I purchased about 4 years from BR that have been some of my favorite ... wear and am having a very tough time finding acceptable replacements.
PLEASE FIRE THE HEAD DESIGNER OF THE NEW BOOTCUT CHINO
I dont EVER do reviews but im so angry right now that i had to break my streak. [...] I bought 3 pairs of the new ... thinking the fitting would be the same as the washed bootcut(the previous chinos). I was flat out wrong! the ... leg opening is too dang wide, its borderline "girlish." why on earth would they decide to change the fit when it was loved by so many. [...] I would have loved to have been at that designer meeting where ... essentially said "lets take a mona lisa... and put a mustache on it" PLEASE DROP THIS NEW FITTING AND GO BACK TO PREVIOUS ONE WHICH WAS THE PERFECT HYBRID FOR WORK AND GOING OUT!! THANK YOU!

THANK YOU!

mens boot cut pants - reviews

Finally - boot ... chino''s are BACK! Finally boot ... chino's are BACK! 4 or 5 years ago BR, GAP, and Old Navy carried boot ... khakis or chino's. ... my favorite style and I have not been able to find them for a few years. I didn't hesitate when i saw them on the BR website - i bought 2 pair.. i have since purchased 2 more. They fit great and are great quality. It's about time the designers and buyers realized that the entire world doesn't wear skinny pants!

Excellent fitTall guys out there, these pants fit awesome!!

Great fitI searched for a long time to find a pant that fits like these do.

AWESOME Boot Cut ChinosI have been waiting for BR to reintroduce their boot cut chinos for the past 3 years.
