Surprisingly Good
I really don't like jeans on me in general, especially the ones I had before this, but this pair was impressive. I really dig these. Mostly it was my wife's reaction that sealed it. It was pretty funny how into them she was. They are slim, but not skinny jeans. My only complaint is that the jeans are pretty tight around the legs and a little bit constraining, but I guess that happens with boot cut sometimes. Unlike in other reviews, these were true to my BR size. Finally, I have some jeans I'm willing to wear on casual days at work.

The Problem wasn''t with the Jeans !
For years I knew that BR jeans run bigger than what is stated. I'm normally a 33-34 (W) and 30 (L) but with BR jeans I consistently fit into a 31(W) / 32(L) and this is with a slight shrinkage after machine drying. Other than that they fit great and are comfortable. I would recommend you try on pants at one of the BR Stores before ordering on line. My problem was with filling my order - I placed the original order months ago expecing a few month delay (which BR explained when the jeans were ordered). When it got closer to the expected delivery date - I was notified of another delay and then another delay, etc. for which I was willing to wait. Then out of the clear blue, BR told me the order was going to be cancelled - There shipment wasn't coming and they would offer me a 10% discount (Please Note:I had a 40% discount when the order was originally placed) ! After BR's email I went on line to check out BR's jeans - to place another order - AMAZINGLY THE SAME JEANS WERE SHOWING ON LINE WITH THE SAME CODES! I called BR and asked why they didn't check their own inventory before cancelling an order that was nonths old. Needless to say I now have the jeans at the same price shown on the original order. I been using BR jeans for years but if an incident like this happens again - they're will be another brand hanging in my closet.

I love my boot cut jeans from BR but...
It seems I have to try on 10 pairs for every one I keep due to varying sizes in all dimension. My last order online consisted of two identical pairs of pants. When I lay them one over another, one pair is 2" longer. When I try them on, one pair fits in the waist and I can stick both fists between my back and the waist of the pants - can slip them on/off without unbuttoning. Also - compared to past boot fit jeans, the opening is narrower maing these more straight through leg. Like the title of the review says - these are still great pants for the price but it is getting harder to find a pair that fits as they're all over the place in terms of length, waist, rear, rise, and leg. Please BR, build some additional quality into your factory processes.

Like so many others I, too am disappointed with the fit of these jeans. I purchased these with a 40% coupon and thought I would get a nice, classy boot jeans that I could dress up or down. I own a few pairs of BR boot cut jeans and they all fit on the loose side. I was really surprised when I put the new pair on for the first time they fit more like skinny or slim fit. They are a great wash, but just entirely too tight. I think this will be my last pair of BR Jeans. Interestingly enough BR Factory Store jeans consistently are true to fit.

Poor cut
These jeans are an entirely different cut than the same jeans in previous years. My wife even measured my old pair compared to these. The crotch is at least an inch and a half lower, causing the whole pant to be far too long and saggy. I am short as it is, and it is difficult to find jeans that fit. Now I will have to return these, and because they are already the shortest length, and are still way too long, I am forced to look elsewhere for jeans.
