Perfect leggings for a long ... person!!
I have never been able to wear leggings before. Even though I liked the look, they never fit my ... have a 36 inch inseam, finding any sort of pants that fit the length is very hard. With Banana Republic, I have found that I am able to find all kinds of pants that fit me perfectly!! The quality is awesome. This is a very high quality product and the leggings are perfect for dress up or to just hang around the house. Whatever your desire is for the leggings, they can come true.

I am 6"1", size 2-4 and usually buy a 36-37" inseam in pants/jeans. After reading the reviews from fellow tall women I was excited to try these. The ... were great as far as fabric and quality. However, the small was a bit big at the waist and unfortunately they were still too short (meaning they did stretch to the ankle but it felt like they were pulling and would not stay there all day. They were comfortable at about 2-3" above the ankle). Oh well.

Pinnacle of Comfort!
These leggings are by far the nicest, warmest, comfiest, and most flattering leggings I've ever owned. Whether paired with a dress and boots for going out or simply worn with a sweatshirt and slippers for staying in, these leggings are a MUST for any woman's wardrobe. I'm 5'7" and usually wear a size 6 or medium. I purchased the leggings in medium Tall and they are PERFECT. Not too long or too loose - just right. I can't encourage you enough; if you are on the fence about these - THEY ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

Tall women, do not be fooled! These are practically capris!
I read through the reviews and ordered these after feeling reasonably confident they *might* be long enough. Not even close! They do not list an inseam measurement in the product description, but BR notes their standard tall inseam is 36". Don't assume these are 36! I measured the inseam at 31". Sure, they stretch, but they will not be long enough for very tall women. They might work for 5'8"-5'10" or so, but not if you are over 6'. I usually wear a 38" inseam in jeans (can get by w/ shorter in ... course), and these hit a full FIVE inches above the TOP of my ankle bone. Otherwise, they are comfortable ... liked the fit besides the length. They are indeed a lower rise, but that didn't bother me. I do think they are quite overpriced though. I got them on a 30% off sale, otherwise I would not have even given them a try.

The Martin fit is a gift for so many women!
The fit of Martin pants are consistently so great. I had to order one size up for the skinny pant, but again it works so well as a cut. The rise is perfect, not too low and not too high - I wish that I could get every possible style of pant and color in a Martin Fit pant.

6'' 36.5" inseam walker
These posed a bit of a problem with where it "sits". When worn pulled up right, the band rests well above the waist and of course doesn't quite hold the upper waist, ofcourse because it really isn't the same as your hips. I could push the waist down and it not be a problem but I think these are pretty much at the waist or above, not high waisted but definitely NOT below. However, I love the pants. They flatter and can be worn casually or dressed up. I won't be returning them but I'll see about altering them. I'm dying for them to make it in low rise and in multiple colors like they do for the "regular" womens sizes. Please BR!!!!!

Not for us petite women
I thought the pants were great, but not for a 5 foot 1 girl. It was big all over and not cut for petites. I had to take back.

Good for curvy women
I bought a pair of these pants at retail in gray a couple of years ago and I love them. I was excited to get the same great pants in black, however, BR either changed the fit or I got an "off" pair. Compared to my gray pair these were a bit snugger in the waist (but do able), a slightly lower rise (which may account for the snugness) and too wide in the hips. The extra fabric in the hips combined with the lower rise cause them to ride up a bit. I'm 5'4", 110 lbs and I tried my usual size 2. I could have worn them, but they would not have been my favorite/go to black pants. I think that these pants would flatter somebody a bit more curvy in the waist/hip area than me.

Waaah! Rise is too short
Once again, I'm out in the cold with no pants! The "regular" length would have been OK, (I am 5'10") - the problem is the rise/crotch is too tight. So, now I have to (1) order the tall pair online [...], as God forbid a store ever carry tall in stock and (2) pay to have the extra length taken off. Why do stores carry petites but not tall?!?!? Rise up (pun intended) tall women of the world and demand our due share!!!
