Work Comfortably
I received gift cards for Christmas to BR because it's what I asked for. I mainly shop at BR for work attire because the company's clothes ... well and are proper work attire with a hint of style. Further, the selections are endless and I especially enjoy the suggested outfits that are already presented to you, makes my job of matching that much easier. The online store could use a more selection, I feel online that many ... found in store, do not make their way to the Web. However, it is only a ... confliction as I have purchased a ... pants via the Web.

The best ...
My husband and I have become fans of these ... They look great and they truly don't need ironing!!! We just wash them and put them in the drier and hang them right away and they are ready to wear! My husband wears them to work and also casually and he loves to take them in his many international work trips as they don't get wrincked in the luggage! I just got 5 new designs for him for father's day, these ... probably the best invention of the last few years in the field of ... clothing!

Classic ... non iron shirt, in white
I'm a big fan of BR clothes in general (one glance at my Luxe account history easily confirms this), and I've purchased more than my share of BR shirts over the past ten years. This line of Classic ... non iron shirts are by far the best shirts you've made. The ... perfect--flattering and form ... without being tight or uncomfortable. I'm pretty average in height and weight, and a Small works best for me in these shirts. And they look great under a sportcoat, without a jacket, with sleeves rolled up, even un tucked. And the wrinkle free fabric really does make them low maintenance shirts--if they're hung up for one day, the're ready to re wear, with minimal or no ironing required. I've snapped up almost ten of these shirts already, and I hope they stay in stock for some time--I would gladly trade all the other shirts in my wardrobe for another five of these ... which I could wear for years to come.

The Perfect ...
This ... perfect because it is true to size, and you don't have to get it dry cleaned after every wear. Non iron ... rock! Great Material too. Keep bringin' the awesome clothing banana!

Perfect shirt
I actually buy these for my son...he loves the fit. He says most dress shirts are too wide and doesn't want the extra fabric around his waist. Even though he wears the classic shirt, it is a slimmer ... than other brands and yet not really a ... shirt.

I Loved the shirt on my teenager! He is young and slim and it was nice to have an extra small that fit him.

Great color and good ...
This ... little snug, but I was used to baggy items of clothing, so this probably is my perception as I got comments on how well the ... me. Goes great with blue dawson relaxed chino ... jeans. I love the fact that the dryer is my iron...

Convenient, but pricey
This is a nice and versatile ... It's not exactly wrinkle free and does require a quick press before wearing it after a wash. Still, it makes getting out of the house in the morning a little easier. The ... little unusual. Sleeves are slightly longer than usual and the chest is a bit tight. However, the ... still within acceptable size tolerances. I would definitely not pay full price for this item. As with other BR clothing, wait until it goes on sale or use one of the many discount codes available. This is definitely not an [$] ...

small is not small
I have purchased other BR ... have ... me well. This one does not. Other reviews have mentioned that it ... snug. I have found it quite the opposite. In a ... neck is about 1" bigger than stated (so much so that I found it not wearable!). It is quite a bit looser in the neck compared to their other ... have a lot of other BR ... fabric is soft and drapey, almost like a knit, NOT crisp and professional. Under a suit it may be okay, but without a suit jacket it looks like pajamas. I'd recommend one of the other ... professional setting.

Amazing Versatility
First I would like to say that they arrived well before they were due. When I first pulled the pants out of the bag I wondered if they would fit they seemed a bit small but once I opened them and tried them own they fit like a dream. I love the boot cut because it drapes over my shoes somewhat without dragging under them. The length of the pants was PERFECT!!! The very fit is not tight at all but very flattering for the figure and streamlined really nicely. I have paired this with one of the shawl neck sweaters and a dress shirt for work and for going out on a night with my friends. I will be getting more I am very impressed!

Love these pants!
This is the 4th pair of these pants that I have bought my husband. He's in his early thirties and doesn't like the skinny bottom pants or cuffed pants or pants that are just too small and lame on the bottom. These are perfect and a super cute fit all around!

awesome chinos for an fit, muscular build
I've been looking for some quality bootcut chinos for a long time, and these have been the perfect answer for me. I was concerned from a lot of the reviews indicating the cut is very loose and poorly fit, especially compared to the previous generation. For me, they fit great and look awesome with just enough room to get around in comfortably. With any piece of clothing the fit depends on the person. I am 162 lbs at 5''11''. I keep to a strict regular lifting and running regiment, so I have a more toned and muscular build. With lifters the extra muscle in the legs gets to be a problem, but these chinos give just the right amount of leg room. If your build seems similar to mine at all, these pants are for you. If you're more lanky with less muscle, these will be loose on you; vise versa for the husky guys. You'll want to go for the slim fits or relaxed, respectively.

Perfect boot cut chino!
It is so difficult to find a bootcut chino from ... clothing stores and this is what I needed and wanted. It fits perfectly. People who complains about this product should go for other styles. This is a true Boot Cut chino. Please don't change the design!!! I just wish they had more variety of colors.

i love these pants
i read many of the reviews about the new bootcut chinos and almost didn't purchase, but i'm glad i did. it is surprisingly difficult to find a pair of bootcut casual pants from various ... clothing stores. even more difficult to find them in colors other than khaki. i will admit that these pants are a little bit roomier than i thought it would be, but i think if i ordered a size smaller, they would be perfect. however, the light, slightly roomier size is perfect for keeping me cool in the hot summer weather. i wear these pants to work sometimes 2-3x a week because they are so comfy, yet have a sophisticated casual look. i gave these pants only 4 stars only because of the limit in color options; BR please release in more summer colors: light green, pink/red, yellow, light blue.

Tall Size - 36" Inseam
Me 6'5" tall with a inseam of 36", 33"-34" waist, 200lbs. Purchased these pants in 34" waist and 36" inseam. From the knees up I have to say perfect fit, not too tight and perfect rise. I have to agree with other posts the flare at the bottom is too much, this is way beyond a boot cut. I do like the fit and quality so I decided to keep the pants, I will spend the extra $5 and take them to a tailor to taper the bottom (from the knee down) and make it a little tighter.

Why did you ruin the best pants you made?!
I have a pair of the BR bootcut chinos that I bought a few years ago, and I absolutely LOVE those pants. Best fitting chinos I've ever had. Nice low rise, appropriate length for advertised size, and--most important--great fit in the seat and through the legs. nicely fitting but not "skinny," and with just a hint of flare at the bottom that keeps them from bunching up around your shoes, nothing more. Sadly, I've worn them so much that they're getting on in age. So I bought a new pair to replace them, only to find that for some reason BR has completely changed the fit. These are now a baggy bootcut, fitting way too loose in the seat and through the thighs, and with a large flare at the bottom that creates much too wide a leg opening. Holding them up against my old pants, there's a noticeable amount of extra fabric. If you like a baggy bootcut, then that's fine. But if you like the sleek look of BR's older bootcut chinos, you're gonna be massively disappointed, like I was.

A proper move on...
What a great pant! I love the updated fabric (it is amazingly soft and even though it feels a bit heavy, breathes really well and is amazingly comfortable) and the new ... spot on. Having been a fan of the former Gavin, I have to admit I was a bit concerned about the re launch... All I can say is WOW. The ... soooo much better. Yes, the rise is lower, but I don't really feel the waist now when I sit - improved comfort. Additionally, the leg shape is a bit straighter and ... my runner thighs without tons of extra fabric. I love how this pant finally transcends the day to night - It's appropriate for the office, yet, looks great with a polo and sneakers. I love this pant!!!

Disapointed
The old Gavin cut ... me perfectly. I have been ordering the same size for over a decade. I wish they had left it untouched and just come out with a new model if they felt there was a demand for another ... new Gavins are tighter through the waist and shorter in length. Hopefully, if I go with an extra inch in both, things will work out as I like the ... really like BR.

BIG disappointment
Not sure why B. Republic felt they needed to change the Gavin chino. The original was a perfect ... & look, & I've been wearing them for a few years now. Now, the style is different, they are too loose in the rear, & they seem to sit higher on the waist. The material itself also has a different weight - a cheaper feel. The 3 pairs I ordered on line will be returned to the store, & though I like BR for a lot of clothing, I may try J. Crew to see how their chino's are. Furthermore, if I remember correctly, there used to be the color 'Stone' which was a paler shade. The closest color with the swatches was 'driftwood' & this is definitely much more beige. All I can say is this Gavin is a big disappointment, which reminds me, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."
