Everyone needs to have the perfect white ... fits the bill. You can dress it up with a tailored slack and accessories or for a casual weekend with jeans Must have !

Classic dress ...
This is actually the second time I have bought this ... perfectly fitting dress ... looks classy and sleek. It's very comfortable and you don't have to iron it for a while. I find it common that for fabrics you don't have to iron, they can pick up lint, so I occasionally brush this ... lint brush. The blue is outstanding in this ... but I liked the blue so much, that I decided to buy the pink too, and it's beautiful as well. I always get compliments in these shirts. This is easily my favorite dress ... work--I highly recommend it!

No ironing required? Is there a limit to how many I can purchase?
The Non Iron Fitted Sateen ... now my go to for work wear. Not only does it go perfectly with my BR dress pants and pencil skirts, but it flatters just about every body type. And...it's non iron. Score! BR material never fails, which is why I budget so much of my income to this fabulous store. Thanks for producing another wonderful product!

Fabulous color! Great for work or casual dress. Sateen but not overly shiny. A very sexy slim fit. Not a good choice if you like your shirts loose. Overall, it's of good quality fabric and I will very likely purchase the same blouse in a different color.

Great ...
I love these Non Iron Fitted Shirts from BR. All colors are great and the fitted shirts are slimmer around the waist than the tailored. For me a better fit. I always order Size 4 in the fitted shirts, i'm 5.7, 36B, 120lbs. Suggestion: if you have a slightly bigger chest, i would order at least ONE size up, Material is easy to wash (i wash it inside out though) and i don't put them in the dryer, just hang them on a hanger... dry in one night! Easy to iron (I also iron inside out, especially the darker colored shirts). Would suggest these shirts to everyone who likes to look great in the office, on the weekends, at night... you can wear them at all times with sweaters, blazers, sweatshirts... thanks BR!

This is THE Best Dress Shirt....(buy one size up, though!)
I've been wearing these Sateen Non Iron shirts for about five years. It is my go to work ... why: 1. You can literally iron it in one minute (yes, even "Non Iron" shirts still need a quick pass with an iron. Use the steam setting to get the kinks out quickly). 2. They look much more expensive than what you pay, especially when you buy them on sale. 3. They are dressy enough to stand on their own. Pair with a skirt or pants then jet out the door. 4. They wear well. I'm too cheap to dry clean my clothes. I wash these in cold water using Downy and line dry them. The color keeps well. My older ones look as good as the day I bought them. In other words, these are a good investment. One last thing, buy one size up for a comfortable fit. I'm a 0/XS in Banana Republic clothes, but buy these in a size 2. It looks more flattering a size up and will allow you to tuck in the tail, which is short on this dress ...

Great ... work
This is a nicely tailored dress ... fits close enough to the body to easily layer under sweaters, but not too tight to wear by itself. LOVE!

Great work ...
It's a great work ... that's reasonably priced. It very flattering to a woman's body. I have probably 6 of these non iron fitted dress shirts in different colors and styles. My problems with it: too short to tuck in, tight in the chest area (have to use safety pin), etc.

good closet basic
For the most part, I really like how this ... fits. I am rather flat chested, so the ... just a little tighter in the bust than I would have liked. The fabric has a nice weight to it. I can dress up this ... pencil skirt and heels or dress down this ... rolling up the sleeves and pairing it with dark wash, skinny jeans and flats.

Changed stye does not flatter small chested women
These have been my go to dress shirts for years, but I guess not any more. Something in the styling changed and now they won't work for me. I have wide shoulders and no bust. Though I am a 4 in most shirts (and a 2 in sleeveless), I had to size up to a 6 to fit my shoulders, and even then it is snug. But, that left the bust area very loose, though the waist fits well. Basically, I look fine from the back and bad from the front. I'll keep it for wear under a suit jacket, but won't buy more.

Tweaks needed for dress ...
Overall, the ... fits well; better than many of the dress shirts I have tried from various brands. The chest area fit well. However, the ... sleeves are too roomy and rather long.

Great looking ...
I have bought three of these shirts now for my boyfriend. He and I both love them because they fit him so well and look great when we are going out. He has a long torso and arms so usually dress shirts don't fit him correctly, these are a perfect fit. I also love them because they require no ironing!

Well made dress ... guys with some muscle
My boyfriend hates dress shirts but immediately liked this ... He's had a problem with other dress shirts being too wide or too narrow, as he's not overweight and he's not a thin guy. His chest is about 39 inches around and his waist is about 32 inches. He's very happy with this ... medium and actually wants to buy more. This marks the first time he's ever wanted to buy more dress shirts. The material is soft and the wrinkles do come out on their own! Good news for me -- less ironing.

The nearly ideal ...
Ok, so I'm picky. If I can change anything, I'd get rid of the pocket and make it more sleek. I'd also like to add a stretch version (if that's even possible with the non iron). Otherwise, these shirts are perfect. Like another reviewer said, it is a bit snug around the chest/shoulders. But, unless your a meathead, you'll be okay. The neck is finally a size that a normal person can wear, unlike BR's dress shirts of past. Great ... add to your collection. I have multiple colors and will be getting more of these in white. You can never have enough white dress shirts!

Loving these shirts, bought 3 earlier in the year and 3 more recently - Best shirts ever
I bought three earlier this year and 3 more last week all different colors. Of the various non iron dress shirts that I have bought over the years (Brooks Brothers, Joseph A. Banks, Tommy and BR), these are the second best (BB #1). The only place it tends to wrinkle is where the elbow bends, but only when it is 100% humid, but that is to be expected with most shirts under most conditions (except BB). The color, feel and look easily surpass all other shirts even BB. Shirts from BB can be washed, dried and hung and will look perfect, really, so there is no need to pay $2/shirt for laundrying them. I didn't try this with these BR shirts, but I also "now" have my laundry picked up, but I doubt they will look the same. I had the sleeves shortened on these, but never before on any BR shirts, so the real cost went up by $20 for tailoring. I have received several complements on the color, look and feel from other women.

Great ...
I wear these with a tie to work, and I love them. They are the only dress ... buy. Even though they are non iron, I iron them and it makes them look even better. Very comfortable year round, and a great fit for a larger man. I wear XLT and the sleeve length and body length are both adequate. I only wish there were more colors.

Versatile, dress ...
I buy these for my husband as his basic dress ... He has broad shoulders, is tall and has just a little bit of a belly. The cut is very comfortable on him. He likes them because they are sharp looking without being overly stiff/formal.

Nice dress ...
This is a great classic white ... holds its shape and doesn't wrinkle up and look too casual. I think non iron is pushing it, as it is a dress ... without ironing it will not look pressed in any way. It doesn't wrinkle excessively however. The price is high on this item, but a good deal if you can grab it on sale like I did at the 40% off!

A good work ...
Wear it for work, obviously. Stays together even after a hectic day. Easy to iron. Just not the same fit and feeling as regular dress shirts though, due to the thick processed fabric.

High quality dress ...
At least in the smaller sizes, Banana Republic's dress shirts run larger than the size chart would indicate. My usual ... size is 14 1/2 x 32. According to BR's size chart, that should be a Small, but the Smalls are actually sized more like a 15 x 33. If, like me, you are a true 14 1/2 x 32, then purchase the Extra Small (XS).

Great dress ...
I have broad shoulders and short waist, so I am always struggling to find a dress ... fits. This one fits the bill. I also like the sleeve length. Others may say the sleeves are a little long, but most petite shirts have arms that are too short, so this is perfect for me. I will definitely get a lot of wear out of this.

Perfect button down in petites
This ... cut to exactly the right pattern for petites with a smaller bust. But you must order petite, not regular sizing. I am 4' 11", 31-24-32, and I ordered 00P. Button down shirts, even in petite and with the prevalence of vanity sizing, make me look like a rectangular board. What makes this ... work are the bust darts being sharply angled from the side seam towards the bust. Thus, the ... truly fitted overall. Length is meant to be tucked in, but it doesn't look sloppy untucked because it is nicely shaped. Colors are great, and it really requires no ironing. If button down shirts are a staple in your line of work, a few of these are totally worth the price.

Perfect for me
When I walked into Banana Republic and saw the sale on these dress shirts I immediately snatched several up, in a size 4. I went into the dressing room to try them on realizing that it was just way too big. I had one of the sales associates fit me, and I ended up being a 2 petit! The ... fits me perfectly and I have already gotten so many compliments on it. It's perfect in the bust and not too tight, the shoulders hit me perfectly and the waist is slimming. I feel as if BR is made for my body type. I will certainly be getting these shirts in all the colors because it's just such a great fit for me, and I can also wear it in other occasions such as casual wear or a relaxed night out.

Really nice ...
I really love the beautiful bluish purple color of this ... have many of this style ... many other colors and find this one perfect with any color - black included. The fit is good but the sleeves are longer than the other shirts - unusual, but not a problem. These are great work and casual shirts.

Awesome ...
Thank you for making this ... Being a petite, I find it hard to find a nice fitted ... wear for work. This is only one of the few shirts that fit me almost perfectly (petite 00). I have bought more than 7 shirts so far. The ... accentuates my waist. The buttons are positioned exactly what I want. The chest is great. The length of the sleeve is perfect. The color is awesome. However, it will be great if BR tailors this ... bit more. The ... armpit area is a bit tight when raising my hands. The length of the ... too short especially when I wear low waist pant or skirt. The material of some colors is too thin. Anyway, I love this ...

Love Non Iron Shirts
When i tried the non iron shirts last year, they fit funny, I think they redesigned the sizes this season. However, most of the comments are correct when they say the chest area is a bit too tight. I bought a 2P isntead of a 0P because I thought it was too snug around the chest area. I bought the blue and the blue stripe shirts, but i thought the colors all look a little gloomy. The sleeves are a bit long as well. But overall, i really cant complain because I hate ironing! i wish they have some 3/4 length non iron shirts for the summer

Petite Shirts
i love the blouses but I have a normal size chest for a women yet the blouses always leave a gAp where my bra shows so I have to pint or get a bigger size. BR, please move the button placements - we arent men and am tired of pinning or letting my bra show. I am also tired of looking at others bras. Also, the cuff on the size 14 petite shirts are too big - the buttons need to be moved. Otherwise I really do like these shirts!

Plain and Simple
A clean and simple ... can be worn under a sweater or alone. The sizing can be inconsistent though, so be prepared to order two sizes. I can wear this exact ... either a 12P or 14P. There is no consistency with dress ... sizing.

This ... could''ve had a better fit
I purchased several of these shirts based on my experience with a fitted non iron Liza striped ... While that ... OP size is very fitting for my 5'1 100 lb figure and is even a little too tight around the chest, this ... turned out to be loose around the waist. Because of that, the extra fabric creates what looks like a bubble underneath my chest any time I slightly bend forward. Besides this issue, the ... fits very well in the chest and shoulder areas. And sleeves are just about perfect. I hope Banana Republic can be a little more consistent with the sizing, especially considering that the shirts I purchased supposed to have the same type of fit.

Classic ... high collar
Nice classic ... am 5'2", 110 pounds and the 2P fit well. It's see through but I'm okay with wearing a cami under it. The neck/collar seemed high compared to other dress shirts I have, which gives this ... more formal appearance.

Excellent fit but not sure about non wrinkle feature
I have been looking for a dress ... fits me well. I am 5'5 but I have small body. Most shirts at many stores are too big for me even size XS. This is the perfect fit for me with size 00P. I am happy with the style and color. It is very appropriate for work definitely. One thing that I don't like is that non wrinkle feature is not what I experienced. I will give it a try first. If it's wrinkle, I think this ... quite pricy. I bought a non wrinkle ... another store. It is exactly what the feature says. I never have to iron it. By the way, I really need a plain dress ... That's why I bought it. Ok..When I saw it on the shelf, the ... wrinkle. I asked sale associate why it had wrinkle even though it's supposed to be wrinkle free. Her reply referred that it should be fine after I put it into dryer. I got home, soaked it with water, and put it into dryer to see the result. I ended steaming it but easier to do so than ironing the traditional ... If I did the wrong process, please let me know. Thanks. I really want to give five stars if I didn't have it steam my new ...
