Great pants, but...
I really needed some black pants for work that were a little heavier than the summer weight ones I have. I love the fabric of these, although it's not quite as thick as I was hoping. Also, I order my regular size for Banana but these are a bit roomy in the hips for me. Not so much that I can't wear them, but still a little bit roomy. Also, they were quite long. Some of the pants from Banana are the perfect length for me to wear with heels. These I had to have about 2 inches hemmed. But I still like them and they meet my needs.

All over the board
I have been a loyal Martin wearer for YEARS. I have always been able to purchase a size 4 regular and have them fit perfectly...until about the last year or so. BR's sizes are now all over the board: I have had to return every single pair of pants I have ordered in the last year, I have tried on 2s that are baggy, 4s that I can't even button, etc. I miss being able to order online and knowing that my new pants would fit like a glove. BR...get it together!

What size AM I ????
GREAT pants, high quality in terms of material and craftsmanship, but TIGHT on butt and thighs--need a size up and I haven't gained an ounce plus tried on all of my other BR Martin fit ... same exact size and they range from perfect fit to a little baggy.! VERY IRRITATING!!!

What happened to the sizing/fit???
I've loved Martin fit pants for years, and size 8 has always been my size, but now the sizing is all over the place and the fit has changed (not in a flattering way). If you find a pair that fits, they are nice pants. Good luck...I left the store in frustration.

Not very flattering
I was disappointed with these pants. I'm not sure if it's the material or the cut but it just didn't drape properly. The ... leg around the thigh looked like it was bunched up, not smooth and draping.Unfortunately, I've been having problems finding the right pair of pants at BR. I'll keep trying.

What is with the sizing?
I own, or should I say owned, about 5 pairs of these pants. They were nice simple black pants. But I realize after trying them on for a friend when going through my closet that even though they were all a size 2, they all fit differently! I ended up donating 3 pairs that were too tight---I had worn them because I figured all those times I wore them I must have just been having a fat day, didn't realize it until I tried them all on in a row! Bottom line, they all don't fit the same, even if you buy the same size so definitely try them on before the return policy date.
