Great ... order a size up
I am an in senior management and like to wear button down ... work for their practicality and professional look. After reading all the reviews about the ... being too tight across the chest (even for small busted women like myself), I ordered a size up to 2. Size 2 is comfortable and fits great. There is nothing worse than a button down ... gaping open in the front when you are at work! BananaRepublic has received many criticisms about the inconsistencies in their products' sizes. I hope their corporate office is paying attention and have plans to better communicate to their customers.
Best ... ever
Best fit ever. I'm a 4 in most BR shirts. They fit best (Bra size 75B, about 120lbs, 5.7). Sleeves are the right lenght, as well as the ... lenght doesnt slip out of low waist pants chest good fitting, buttons dont bust open Got this in almost all colors super to wash/iron/take care off. Wear them almost every day in the office (business required) and in the evening with jeans and boots. With or without blazer/jacket, 100% wrinkle free while u wear it Wish they would come in more blue colors now... Will keep buying. Totally worth the money.

A very classic ... Can be worn for business or for an evening event paired with a dressy pant. The ... well made and constructed. The size 6 fits perfected. A "must have" for every well dressed womans closet.

I love these Non Iron Fitted Shirts from BR. All colors are great and the fitted shirts are slimmer around the waist than the tailored. For me a better fit. I always order Size 4 in the fitted shirts, i'm 5.7, 36B, 120lbs. Suggestion: if you have a slightly bigger chest, i would order at least ONE size up, Material is easy to wash (i wash it inside out though) and i don't put them in the dryer, just hang them on a hanger... dry in one night! Easy to iron (I also iron inside out, especially the darker colored shirts). Would suggest these shirts to everyone who likes to look great in the office, on the weekends, at night... you can wear them at all times with sweaters, blazers, sweatshirts... thanks BR!
Best Work ... Period
I own four or five of these shirts and I love them. They're pretty easy to get ironed, and they always look very crisp and professional. Also, I am 5'11" and Gap button up shirts' sleeves are not long enough. Buying tall sizes don't typically work for me either with shirts because the body of the ... then gets too big. These shirts solve that issue for me, the body fits perfect and the sleeves are just the right length. As reference I am wearing a size 14 in these at the moment and I am 195lbs with a 38B size chest.
Works freat for me, might not for you
I absolutely LOVE these shirts. Great quality and great fit, beautiful colors and easy care. I own them in 4 colors. With that said, I am usually a hard to fit body type. I have broad shoulders, long arms, and a very small bust. And I like my shirts to fit very close to my body in a slim fit. If this sounds like you, you'll love these shirts. The sleeves are longer than most other shirts, though not quite as long as if they were a true tall. This ... probably wouldn't fit great on a person with a large bust, and it's not for someone looking for a relaxed fit.
Changed stye does not flatter small chested women
These have been my go to dress ... years, but I guess not any more. Something in the styling changed and now they won't work for me. I have wide shoulders and no bust. Though I am a 4 in most ... 2 in sleeveless), I had to size up to a 6 to fit my shoulders, and even then it is snug. But, that left the bust area very loose, though the waist fits well. Basically, I look fine from the back and bad from the front. I'll keep it for wear under a suit jacket, but won't buy more.
Great ... not non iron
I ordered three of these in tall (I'm 6'1") and they fit great and are very flattering to my lanky frame. My only disappointment is that they are definitely not non iron. I don't put them in the dryer, as I don't want them to shrink, so I smooth them out and hang them on a hanger to dry. They definitely need ironing, even after that. I was really hoping for shirts I can pack for business trips and they would come out reasonably crisp on the other end, but no. They're still great looking, so I'll live with that.
I had to order up 2 sizes to fit my chest without the buttons popping open. So it isn't as form fitting around my waist. I'm a 36C, usually a size 8, had to order a size 12 to fit the girls. I will be wearing this for business, don't want them to pop out ...that's not my line of work ;)
Pretty good
These shirts are pretty decent, but the price is too high for such a lukewarm review. I am a petite woman (5 ft, 100 lbs, A cup), and was hoping a 00 stretchy material would fit me better, but the waist, and especially the bust, have too much give. I like jewel tones, so I was pleased to find the shirts are actually much darker than the photos make them seem, but you might be disappointed if you wanted more delicate shades. The material is pretty thick and sturdy, but not very soft. I kept the shirts because I needed some proper business attire, but they just barely fit and I would not buy them again.
Do better with the sizing!
It seems like the sizing of the clothes gets smaller every year. These ... fit like they should be worn by a pubescent teen. I am a 38DD and I had to get a size 16 in order for the ... fit my chest Overall, I would not recommend for women with a fuller bust.
