I love the fit not too tight but slimming and able to withstand the Florida heat! Great for travel which I do for business and to wearr with jeans. And a great price!
Great fitted white blouse
I am excited to find a blouse that is so well suited for my petite build. I bought a regular size 2, not petite, the petite size was too snug fitting. Usually blouses are cut are too full and the sleeves way too long. This blouse is fitted without being tight.
The perfect FITTED shirt
That's right ladies - this ... FITTED. I bought it to wear under blazers and the occasional sweater, and if you get your size right, then the ... fit like a dream. It hugs every curve like my favorite t ... let's face it, men love women in a button down ... unbuttoned just so. The ... washes well (follow the care instructions...no fabric softener) and the finish holds for nearly a year before it needs to start being ironed. By then, you want a new one anyhow. When selecting your size pay close attention to your BUST measurement. At 5'4" and 108 lbs., I am a 30B, or a 32" bust. I order a 00 in this ... fits beautifully.
Love this shirt, but buy a size bigger than normal
I have half a dozen of these blouses. They look great with pencil skirts, jeans, suits, anything. High quality. I have some that are 2-3 years old and still wear them weekly. My only suggestion is to buy a size bigger than normal. I normally wear a 2-4 at BR, Ann Taylor, Talbots, etc. I am NOT busty - 34B. And yet, I have to buy a size 6 in this shirt or I can't get the buttons to close. Oh, and it does need to be ironed.
Great shirt for smaller chest.
I bought this shirt because I liked the look of it even though I read reviews from others who thought it was too tight in the chest area. It worked perfectly for me. I'm a size 2 and have a 32 in. bust. Usually, blouses are too big on me in the chest and neck area and they either drape open or I have to button them very high. This blouse may be too tight on bigger chests but it was perfect for me!

I have this ... multiple colors after buying the first one and liking it so much. I love the look of the fabic. The sateen style is a much better fit for women with a fuller chest.
Too small through the bust
Women have bustlines so blouses were meant to have darts to accommodate them. This blouse has no darts which makes it very snug if you have any bust at all. Fabric is very nice.
Since this shirt is fitted it ran small. I even ordered a larger size and it still was too small. Buttons on shirt are not aligned for busty women.
I was a little disappointed in this blouse
I was hoping that the shirt tail would be longer so that it would not pull from being tucked in to my slacks, but for me, it's not long enough. The blouse has a bit of a sheen to it, which also doesn't appeal to me. I bought it in the blue and wine colors hoping to wear it with a black pants suit for work but I'm returning them. I am 5'6" and long waisted so for someone shorter this blouse may stay tucked in. I love this type of ... but often have trouble finding one long enough for me since I do like to tuck it in and have it stay tucked in. It also pulls a bit in the bust so I went up a size, from a 10 to a 12 which helped.

I loved the color of the shirt and the satiny feel of the fabric, but alas, I had to return it because it was too tight in the waist. I wish Banana Republic would make their blouses a little less fitted.
Please bring back the Tailored fit!
The non iron mateiral is great, but the "Fitted" cut does not work for women who need the larger sizes, as the sleeves are too narrow and the bust is much too tight. The Tailored fit was great, but it seems to be discountinued. Please bring it back! I love it so much that I will buy one in every color you make!
