big and tall fitted dress shirts - reviews

Loving these shirts, bought 3 earlier in the year and 3 more recently - Best shirts everI bought three earlier this year and 3 more last week all different colors. Of the various non iron dress shirts that I have bought over the years (Brooks Brothers, Joseph A. Banks, Tommy and BR), these are the second best (BB #1). The only place it tends to wrinkle is where the elbow bends, but only when it is 100% humid, but that is to be expected with most shirts under most conditions (except BB). The color, feel and look easily surpass all other shirts even BB. Shirts from BB can be washed, dried and hung and will look perfect, really, so there is no need to pay $2/shirt for laundrying them. I didn't try this with these BR shirts, but I also "now" have my laundry picked up, but I doubt they will look the same. I had the sleeves shortened on these, but never before on any BR shirts, so the real cost went up by $20 for tailoring. I have received several complements on the color, look and feel from other women.

Great ... I wear these with a tie to work, and I love them. They are the only dress ... buy. Even though they are non iron, I iron them and it makes them look even better. Very comfortable year round, and a great ... larger man. I wear XLT and the sleeve length and body length are both adequate. I only wish there were more colors.

Great ... - No more ironing or running to the cleaners! Love this ... worth every penny as it will save you money because you don't have to go to the cleaners, and/or time, because it does not require ironing.....not even a touch up once you take it from the dryer. Fits great. We ordered the classic fit, but if you are lean, the trim fit works good. My son in law who is very picky about his shirts (and usually has his shirts custom made), ordered 4 of these in the fitted size and loves them. He doesn't like the chemicals and startches in regular professional cleaning. He is a doctor, so he needs to look "crisp" on his clinic days. I still can't figure out how these shirts are ironless when they are 100% cotton. We now have it in all colors, gingham and striped, and wear it casual with jeans and with a suite every now and then. Very versitile. Now I rarely get that ironing board out. I would not take the time to write this if we weren't crazy about this ...

Well made dress ... guys with some muscle My boyfriend hates dress shirts but immediately liked this ... He's had a problem with other dress shirts being too wide or too narrow, as he's not overweight and he's not a thin guy. His chest is about 39 inches around and his waist is about 32 inches. He's very happy with this ... medium and actually wants to buy more. This marks the first time he's ever wanted to buy more dress shirts. The material is soft and the wrinkles do come out on their own! Good news for me -- less ironing.

Great ... & good fitting - I love the collar I have a big neck and a fit/slim body. That ... perfect for that. It's not slim but fits well (i hate when it's too large), and I can clse all buttons if need to wear a tie!

Great looking ... I have bought three of these shirts now for my boyfriend. He and I both love them because they ... him so well and look great when we are going out. He has a long torso and arms so usually dress shirts don't ... him correctly, these are a perfect ... also love them because they require no ironing!

Move to BRI've lived in BB non iron for my daily grind until I lost 20lbs or so pounds and realized I was wearing mini sails; for the record I wear a 16-34 slim fit from BB ('m 6 ft 190lbs, wider around the chest than waist). I purchased a medium b/c I knew the collar on the large would be WAY too big. Medium was the right call; it felt a bit tight in the shoulders initially, but I still havea good range of motion compared to BB (remember BB are much wider overall so the movement is a loaded stat). The medium had a much slimmer look, collar is just loose enough, sleeve are a touch short, but are fine if you don't need some button cuff showing in a jacket.

The neck is a little too big, especially when i wear a coat and tie with it, but overall, the rest of the fit is perfect

Nice shirts, but...The classic ... great ... neck but the sleves are slightly long and there is too much material in the chest and waist. I'm a 39 regular in most suits with a 33" waist, so unless you need the extra room in the chest and waist for your man shed, then I recommend the slim ... one is a bit too loose. The overall look and quality of the material is very nice but I wish I would have gone to the store to try on a classic vs. slim...

Weird fitI ordered this as a Christmas present for my husband. He's a big guy, 6'2" and 250lbs. He usually fits perfectly into a Tall 2XL, however, this ... did not work. The arms were long, the chest was very large on him and made it look like he was wearing a garbage bag, but the neck was too tight - we couldn't get the top button to close. Just an overall odd fit. Maybe we just received a defective one??

Not The SameThis ... has changed. It is not the same ... quality of previous versions. I've been purchasing the non iron classic ... shirts for years now. The material is thin and feels cheap and the sleeves on the tall size are very short. I'm 6'5", 220 lb so finding tall sizes is difficult. I've been very happy with BR tall dress shirts for a long time, but it seems that I'll need to look elsewhere. Way to cheap out BR and ruin a great ... Returned.
